Sadly last night the Nationals beat us by 3. But thankfully we have today to redeem ourselves. The guys came into todays game hungry and wanting this win more than anything else. After 10 long innings J-Hey hit a homer winning todays game for us. The guys were all in a great mood after the long game.
By the time we got back to the hotel it was About 5:30 pm which means I have to rush. I quickly got up to my room and took a shower. During this series I'm sharing a room with Anthony which is fine with me because he's like a brother to me and I love him to death. By the time I got out of the shower it was nearly 6 o'clock. I blow dried my hair fixed the mess I call a mane and started on my makeup. Me being the ditz I am forgot my dress in my bag.
"TONY!!!!" I yell from the bathroom. No response. Okay maybe he's not here right now. I wrapped the towel tight around my body before slowly opening the door.
"Anthony? Are you here?" Again no response. I stepped out of the bathroom clinging to the towel making sure it didn't drop. Just as I unzipped my suitcase the door swung open and I was faced with a group of sweaty guys staring at me with wide eyes.
"Well. I'm just gonna go change. Would you guys please stop staring for goodness sake!" I said desperately as I quickly went back to the bathroom to get changed. I slipped into a red lace dress and a pair of dude heels.

After taking one last glance in the mirror I stepped out of the bathroom and going into the living room where Kris, Anthony, Javy, Dexter, and Jake all sitting there staring at me.
"So um about earlier, can we just never mention that again?" I asked blushing at the embarrassing situation.
"Don't worry about it princess our lips are sealed." Jake said winking.
"By the way Ellie you look beautiful. Max is a lucky man." Anthony complimented. I blushed even deeper.
"Um thanks but Max and I aren't together, just friends. You know this Ton." I grabbed my clutch that was on the coffee table. My phone dinged with a message from Max saying he was here.
"Well um Max is here so I'll see you guys later. Are you sure I look okay?" I asked nervously. To my surprise Kris was the one who responded.
"You look great Els. You don't have to worry." I smiled at him.
"Thanks. I better get going love you guys." I waved and made my way down to Max. I immediately smiled and hugged him.
"Wow Ellie you look beautiful. You ready?" He complimented me making me blush.
Let's just say by the time we were sone with dinner I had a few glasses to many of wine. But overall Max and I had a great time and enjoyed being able to catch up with him like old times. As he pulled up to my hotel I hugged him and said goodbye. Me being the light weight I am stumbled into the elevator taking me up to my floor. I finally made it to the door and fumbled with the keycard. After what felt like forever I got the door open.
"HONEY I'M HOMMMEEEE." I yelled into the hotel room. I heard shuffles of feet coming towards me. As I was trying to undo the straps of my heels I saw the guys come into view. I smiled goofily at them.
"How are my boys. Hey help me with these death traps for shoes please." I whined.
"Oh god she's drunk." I heard Kris whisper to the guys but chose to ignore it.Anthony bent down and undid the straps allowing me to slip the shoes of but not without stumbling a little.
"Thanks Tonyyyy." I drew out his name smiling
"Why don't we get you to bed princess?" Jake asked guiding me towards the bedI was sleeping on.
"Okay" I yawned flopping down on the bed tiredly. I felt a blanket being placed on me and a few kisses being placed on my forehead as I drift off to sleep.
