Chapter 41

Erin's POV

"Why are you angry at me Harry?" I asked as he slipped into bed, it was now around two in the morning, "Aren't you asleep?" he asked, "Does is sound as though I'm asleep, now answer my question" I said, "I'm not angry at you Erin" he said, "Could have fooled me" I said, "Look, I don't want to have this conversation at two in the morning" he said, "I just want to know what's so wrong with me following my dreams, making a good life for my little brother and I, and actually doing something that I want to do for once in my life Harry. What is so bad with that? Why are you making me feel as though I'm doing something wrong by following my dreams? Why do I feel like you don't want me to be an actress? Why do I feel as though you don't want me to pursue this?" I spoke quietly, "Well, there's nothing wrong with you following your dreams or making a life for you and Luke, or following your dreams, or becoming an actress, or doing anything you mentioned, and don't think for one fucking minute I don't want you to follow your dreams, or do something that you want to do, cause I do, I want to succeed at everything you do and I know you will, and even if you don't, it doesn't matter to me, all that matters is that you're happy. I just-I don't want to lose you, and I know you keep saying we'll be able to call and text and Skype and everything, but it won't be the same as being able to cuddle you, kiss you, talk to you in person, none of it will be the same! I don't want to hold you back from your dreams though cause that would be selfish of me" he said, "And I don't want to think that you're in Hollywood, working in a movie, becoming a celebrity, you'll meet all these famous people, famous guys, people that are so much better for you than me, I just don't want people thinking that because we're not physically together that they can get with you, I just want to be able to protect you from all those people, I don't want you to end up leaving me, for whatever reason" he ended.

"I will never leave you Harry, I wouldn't be able to, I love you too much. The only way I would ever leave you is if Luke didn't want me to be with you anymore" I stated, "Hang on, you would leave a guy cause your little brother didn't like him?" he asked, "Of course, I love you Harry and you know that, but Luke comes before anyone else, my parents, my friends, you, he comes before everyone and everything, the only way I wouldn't take this job is if Luke didn't want me to, I would do anything for him Harry" I stated, "So you would pass up this job if Luke decided he didn't want to move?" he asked surprised, "Yes. I would die for him Harry, he's my little brother and he's the only person who has always been there for me" I said simply, "Good night Harry, see you in the morning" I said before drifting off into a deep sleep.

Harry's POV

I can't believe what I just heard.

Erin would quite this job for Luke, but not for me?

That sounds totally selfish, but I really don't want her to go to Hollywood.

She will meet her co-star in her movie she's working in, she will see how much of a nice guy he is.

He'll play her, get her into his trap, she'll fall for it.

She'll leave me for this Casanova and i'll be heartbroken.

If only I could get Luke to change his mind about it.

No! I can't do that.

That's totally selfish, this is her dream career, you can't ruin it.

I can't ruin this for her.

I guess i'll have to get used to only calling and texting her.

Erin's POV

"Harry I'm about to board the plane now, I have to go, baby I love you too but I really have to hang up, i'll call you later" I said, "I love you baby, so much and I'm sorry for being a dick and not waning you to take the job, I love you" Harry said through the phone, "Bye Harry" I said chuckling as I boarded and switched my phone off.

"Hey, is this seat taken?" a guy around 20 asked, "Er, no, I don't think so anyway, I wasn't paying attention" I said laughing, the guy chuckled, "Hi, I'm Ashton Irwin" he said in his incredibly amazing Australian accent, "I'm Erin Brown" I said smiling as he sat down, "Hey, you're dating Harry styles from one direction, aren't you" he said, "Yeah, do you know them?" I asked, "Kind of, we haven't properly met yet but we're going to be their opening act on their upcoming world tour" he said, world tour?

"That's nice, are you in a band or a single act?" I asked, quite curious, "I'm in a band, 5 seconds of summer, but they're already in Hollywood, I was visiting someone" he said, I nodded in acknowledgement, "I don't mean to sound rude but who are you?" Luke asked, "Oh Luke, this is Ashton, Ashton this is my brother Luke, Ashton is in the band that's being one directions opening act on their tour" I said, "Tour?" Luke asked, "Yes, I think Harry will be getting a small call when we land" I said chuckling, "Well I'm going to catch some rays" Ashton said, I smiled as he lay down and went to sleep, Luke and I decided to go to sleep too, it was going to be one hell of a long flight.

I can't believe Harry is going on a world tour.

And he never told me?

And he was going on at me for being away, at least I was going to be in the one place for a while and not touring the world for like 7 months.

Or however long a tour lasts.
