Marinette dreaded the whole school day. As usual, she was constantly teased by Chloe and comforted by Alya, her new BFF. when school was out she wasn't hesitant to rush out of the school.
only when the trapdoor door closed, did she relax. she threw her homework and purse on her desk and pouted.
"I hate first days." she mumbled.
then she spotted a unusual octagonal box. curiosity won over, and she opened it. a bright green light hit her, and she shielded her eyes. When Mari opened them, a little black cat was floating a foot from her. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH! ITS A, UMMM... FLOATING-CAT-MOUSE-BUG-THING!!!!!" Marinette was now 20 feet away from it and trying to kill it by throwing books.
"kid, look," the cat creature said. "Im not here to hurt you, but if you keep throwing books I will." Marinette stoped, but looked at him weirdly.
"then what the he-"
"language!"
" excuse me, heck, are you!"
"My name is Plagg. I am a Kwami. I can grant you powers." Plagg stated, clearly annoyed.
"Ok 'Plagg'," skeptical Mari said. " you can grant me 'powers'?" she rolled her eyes, obviously unimpressed.
"yeah," Plagg snapped. "just say Claws Out!"
Pftt, Marinette thought. Plagg is out of his mind, if he even has one. "Claws Out!"
A green light surrounded her, and Mari closed her eyes in fear.
when they opened, Plagg was gone. "Plagg? Plagg, this isn't funny!"
what did he do to me? she wondered. she trotted over to the mirror. and screamed.
