[Ty's POV]
"Ooh! Ty! Listen to this song!" Maddie had confiscated my headphones and found my secret stash so she's letting, well, forcing really, me to listen to country.
"'Cause I dug my key into the side of his pretty lil' souped-up four-wheel-drive, carved mah name into his'a leathah seaaaat, I took'a Louisville slugger tah both headlights, slashed a hole in ALL FOUR TIR'S! MAYBEH NEXT TIME HE'LL THINK! ...before he cheats."
I groaned and my prize was another slap to the face. My facecheeks were red.
"TY!! YOU NEVER RESPECT ME!!" she broke down in sobs.
"Are you finished?"
She just stared. "T-Ty..."
"Look. I am sick and tired of you always slapping me, blaming me, and crying your heart out just to repeat. Okay? I'm done. I'm done..."
I began to walk away as I felt Maddie grab me by my arms. "Oh, Ty. Didn't I mention? You can't leave without a fight." She began to drag me to the chair and I resisted, but she's too strong.
I knew what she wanted. "No."
"No EWW EWWWW HECK NO I DON'T WANT THAT KIND OF RELATIONSHIP YOU KNOW WHAT TY!" Maddie grabbed rope and tied me to the chair. "I'm going to get groceries."
After she left, I heard a Skype call from Adam. I knew he would think I didn't care if I answered, but I couldn't exactly. I struggled and the call kept going. I noticed a coin on the couch.
"I've only got one shot at this..." I moved it over to my foot as the call ended. I froze. He called back. I kicked the coin onto the space bar and accepted the call.
He immediately gasped. "T-Ty?!"
"Adam we have no time to lose. You have to come pick me up. My address is-"
"Wait. Did your girl do this?"
"Yes and if we don't hurry up, she will NOT be happy." I told him my address as the door opened. "Ty? Do I hear Skype?"
"EndtheSkype endtheSkype endtheSkype endtheSkype endtheSkype!!" I whispered frantically as Maddie walked in.
"Bad Ty! You never just do as your told!" She slapped me then ended the call. Thank god I already had told him my address. He would come and save me from this hellhole. Everything would be okay.
