Away from Maddie.
Away from my only friends.
Away from love.
Away from abuse.
Do I want to do this?

I don't know.
Indecision. Isn't that the tool to destruction?
Go back to Maddie.

The voice didn't speak again. I stopped at a forest to rest. How far had I ran?
[Unknown POV]
All I see is a running boy.
He looks confused. He shakes his head to get rid of thoughts as he nears me with his eyes tightly shut. I run up the tree, hoping that he doesn't see me. As he nears, he pants and sits underneath a tree. I can tell he's having a mental battle and can sense his distress. He mutters something. I can't hear it. As I lean in closer, I can hear mumbling. I lean in closer.
"I can heal your scars... bullshit." I fall out of the tree and yelp. He looks at me like I am crazy. Maybe I am... I start running but he grabs my leg. I start kicking and as my foot makes contact with something, he lets go. I run fast as I can.
"Wait..." He calls sadly.
