Why am I here filling out a job application? I don't deserve this...

2. DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH FIXING MOTOR VEHICLES.

That might be bad since I am filling out a job application for a car racing team... Maybe I'll just be put as painter? I would be happy with that.
I reach the fourth and last question. The application is very short...
4. DO YOU SUPPORT LGBTQ+?
Why is that here? Obviously, I support it, but... Is Daichi homophobic?
"I had this friend in elementary school..."
Daichi peered over my shoulder, resulting to me yelping from that scare, "his name was Kou-kun. We were good friends... until I had to move... I wonder what happened to him..."
"My nickname was Kou in elementary school too... I had a really good friend in elementary school too. Dai-chan was his name... He moved away too..."
I try to change the topic quickly.
"Oh. Here's the application... I was wondering... What is the reason for the last question?"
"One thing, you're hired. Second thing, because everybody on this team is at least bi. Our managers are lesbian, and our coaches are gay too. Well, at least I think they are... I don't know... At least I'm sure Asahi likes Noya... Or at least I think Asahi told me... I don't think I was supposed to tell you that... whoops..."
I chuckle Daichi is really reminding me of Dai-chan...
"But the reason why is that we accidentally hired a homophobic person last time and when he saw the garage... Because he saw the rainbow flag, he got really triggered and started calling us fags and all that shit... So... yeah."
"That's bad... It happened to me in middle school... A person started a rumor that I was gay after seeing a picture of me with Dai-chan in my locker... Then the school started calling me a dick-sucker and a faggot and such... The school got involved and the bord was run by a homophobe too and so I had to move to a new school. It got better at my new school luckily... But I got the worst friends..."
"It's hard for me at school because I rarely have time to do homework and study... So I get bad grades... What school do you go to?"
"Wha?"
"You forgot to fill out the question ."
"I go to XXXX High."
"I go there too! How come I've never seen you?"
"I don't really stand out..."
"Anyways... TEAM LINE UP!"
The whole team lined up quickly.
"This is your new team member, Sugawara Koushi. Suga, this is Asahi, Nishinoya or Noya,Tanaka, Ennoshita, Kageyama, Hinata, Tsukishima... TSUKISHIMA, YAMAGUCHI, WHERE ARE YOU!"
A few feet away, I see the tall blonde boy being pulled by a smaller brown haired boy.
"Tsukki... Why are you so unfriendly..." The small brown haired boy complained.
"Tch. This team is full of hotheaded people. We just got a new member..."
"So! That doesn't matter!" The brown haired boy pulled his hand towards us.
"My name is Yamaguchi!" He said brightly. "And he's Tsukki."
"Tsukishima..." The blonde haired boy mumbled.
"Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!" The team said.
(Idk what the translation is without being tackey... so...)
"I look forward to working with the team!" I smile.
"Okay team! Try to get a good nights worth of sleep! We all have school tommorow!" Daichi says.
"Yes Daichi!"
"Okay. Time for the team cheer! Put your hands in! Oh Suga... Don't be shy! You're part of the team now! The cheer's Fly! Crows!."
I put my hand in. I guess I am part of the team now... What happened? Why am I here?
"One two three FLY! CROWS!" Everybody yells.
I really feel part of the team now...
