• Chapter 7 •

Daichi actually bought a pork bun for me on the way home. I kept telling him not to, but he insisted saying that he normally buys meat buns for the team... I let him buy it on one condition. He has to eat half of it.

It took about ten minutes to get home. I open the door and my mom greets us at the kitchen.

"Ohisashiburi Sugawara-san." Daichi says.

Wait? Ohisashiburi?

"You've grown Daichi!" My mom replies.

Are my ears working or did Tanaka and Noya make my hearing bad from the yelling...

"I invited him over to study for the math test tomorrow. XXXX-sensei told us that it's going to be somewhat hard." I explain.

"Dinner is going to be in thirty minutes." My mom says, "As long as you're studying, it's okay."

"Oh don't worry!" Daichi replies.

What was that kind of question was that? Of course we will be studying...

We go to my room and I open my notes.

"Okay, so what part do you not understand?"

"Everything..." Daichi replies.

"Okay then, I'll start from the basics. One plus one is two-"

Dangit my body is on autopilot again... Why does that only happen when I'm around Daichi?

"Of course I know that Suga!" He laughs.

He looks so adoreable... I wish Dai-chan was here... He would like Daichi...

I still remember the first day of kindergarten. We were in different classes got so scared being in a class of strangers.

When it was time for recess, I was frantically running around the playground trying to find him. And when I found him, I was a crying mess and kissed him, then hugged him.

Now I think of it, that was my first kiss. And I was lucky nobody else was around...

"Oi Suga! Why are you so mean?" Daichi says sarcastically.

"What do you mean?"

We tried to study until my mom called us for dinner.

"So he doesn't know?" My mom asks Daichi.

"I guess not, but I knew right away. Not many people have naturally silver hair."

Are they talking about me?

"Are you going to tell him?"

"I'm going to wait until he finds out himself."

"So how was school Koushi?"

"I fell asleep for about five minutes in every class and somebody was sleeping in every class." I say glaring at Daichi.

"Well I did sleep around three last night because I needed to finish homework." Daichi smiles.

Dang he has an angelic smile.

"We didn't weren't assigned any homework last night."

"The essay for History?"

"That was assigned a week ago!"

"Well it was due today today."

"So? You should have started it as soon as we got it."

"I didn't have enough time."

"That means nothing to me."

"Aww. Little Suga's cute when he's upset." My face turns to a blush.

"What do you mean!!!"

We argued for a while after, then studied a bit more after we finished dinner. When it was time for Daichi to go home, he wouldn't let me send him home. I wonder why.

I take a quick shower and try to fall asleep. But I can't. Why am I like this. Does it have to do with Daichi?
