There's a longing in my soul
There's a stirring in my spirit
I feel this cry coming forth that you need to hear
For as the deer is thirsty for the water my spirit longs for the same Oh God

My heart and spirit refuse to rest until I'm with you and you alone my God
My soul and my flesh they long even weep to be in your presence, your sanctuary
If I were to ever leave your presence I would feel incomplete to the point were I'd rather stay and be an usher of the house, a keeper of the door just so I can never leave

I find safety, rest, assurance and love when I'm alone with you God.
If the sparrow can find rest and shelter for her little ones and herself
I know I have a home in you.

For better is one day in your courts.
Better is one day in your house!!! than a thousand days anywhere else

I would rather hang out with those who the world calls misfits than those who burn bridges trying to be one with the world

My entire being longs and even desires to be with you and you only Lord
My entire being wants no one but you Lord
For as the whole earth and even creation cry out for the adoption of sons and daughters of God.
As the sky and the trees, the rives and seas, the birds and the bees; as they cry out in worship toy you God so does my spirit

For my spirit cries to you God, my lover, and my friend: YOU CAN HAVE ALL OF ME!!!!!!
