CHAPTER 27: Winter Wonder Land

Mist's POV

Rain. All I heard was rain. Never in my wildest dreams have I ever dreamed that I'll be sleeping in a cave before. Sure, I've slept on a tree branch but never in a cave. The sun was slowly rising causing me to wake up. I slowly walked out of the cave while stretching.

*STOMACH GROWLING*

I flustered. I forget I didn't eat supper last night. I sighed, no use in staying in this forest on an empty stomach so I dashed towards the orphanage. Oh yeah, this forest is just few meters away from the orphanage. Good thing no one got lost here.

I slowly and carefully creeped towards the orphanage. Good thing no one saw me. I went past through the kitchen door and to my luck no one was there. I went to the refrigerator and take a peck inside.

'Hmmm, there are some potatoes, carrots, sweet and sour sauces and pork meat. I think a pork menodo would satisfy my belly.' I thought to my self and prepared everything.

In the middle of my preparation I heard some ruckus. Maybe it's just nothing so I continued on what I was doing when.....

"What are you doing?"

I froze, literally! I could feel all the hair by my nape standed up when I felt a hand by my shoulder. I slowly moved my face to my left only to be surprised by a polar bear.

"What do you want?" I asked irritatedly.

"You shouldn't have made the others worried you know. They were feeling down last night." He explained.

"Don't care." I continued cooking with a frown. He smug the response.

"Suit yourself." He blankly replied and exited the kitchen.

I continued cooking not even caring of what he's going to do in his life. I was at the middle of slicing the vegetables when suddenly something or rather someone surprised me.

"It's been a long time, Myth Bearer." I faced my right and saw Ezekiel, a previous realm bearer whom I somewhat see as my big brother.

"What is it now, Eze?" I irritatedly barked at him earning a devilishly handsome smirk in return.

"I love it when you call me like that..." He went near me and tilt my chin up with his hand causing me to see an angelic dark cyan eyes that will see through your soul. "It feels so delightful." he smirked.

I back away from him with a frown. "Yeah, yeah so what do you want?" I'm starting to lost my patience.

"Two of the new realm bearers have already awaken, its time for you to wake up as well." He explained and created a portal, somewhat like Galaxy if you may say so.

"So you're saying–"

"DB's awake now."

"F*ck."

"Hey young lady! Watched your mouth!" He yelled but I only rolled my eyes at him.

"So today's my unlucky day, huh." I turn off the stove and went near him. "Let's just get this over with." Together we stepped inside the portal. The portal's interior design was like filled with cheery blossoms but by th end I'm starting to feel cold breezes.

"So, where are we going?" I asked Eze.

"A place called Winter Wonderland." He playfully chanted.

By the end of the portal, the background changed dramatically. From floral to whitish blue and when we reached the end we were gladly welcomed by....

"Snow....?" I unbelievably stated. Don't tell me.... "We're in someone's dream, right?" My left eyebrow arched with displeased.

"You're using Dimensional Bubbles' powers you know."
