Outfit: Black-and-red sailor uniform. The design is militaristic and regal than normal uniforms, with a high collar, shoulder epaulets and white adornments along the sides. (And yes, you're wearing pants)

A heel clicks down on the platform revealing the Lady of War herself, Satsuki Kiryuin, directing her blade at the she-devil, Ragyou Kiryuin crucified on Honnouji's symbol stand.

Satsuki: "I pretended to obey you as I waited for this day to come. Fear is freedom! Control is liberty! Contradiction is truth! That is the reality of this world! Listen well, you pig that serves clothing, and bow before that fact!"

Rei extends out her sleeves "You fool. Know your place!" Lashing towards Satsuki but is blocked by a disciplinary guidebook wielded by the impenetrable shield, Ira Gamagoori.

Gamagoori: "Not on my watch!"

Activating his Three-Star Ultima Uniform,  A revamped version of his old uniform. It features white bandages and a pharaoh-like mask that make it resemble the mummies of ancient Egypt. The uniform features silver pauldrons with red spikes and brown straps that scatter across Gamagoori's arms and chest. During the transformation, the uniform showed signs of electrical emission, but the electricity itself looked like chains.

Gamagoori: "Shackle Regalia Mk.2!"

Honnouji students take the advantage and wrap her with special threads.

Satsuki: "Inumuta. Release the audience"

Inumuta swiftly working his way on the tablet "Yes, ma'am"

Circular six-barrel rotary guns extend out from the stands, shooting needles at the cocooned civilians releasing them.

Rei: "What is this?"

Inumuta: "Jammers that keep Life Fibers in check. I based them off Nudist Beach's weapons"

Ragyou peeved from the rebellion "Impertinent high schoolers!"

Satsuki: "You'd best not look down on us"

Satsuki's army of students are also free from the COVERS, and throw off their ceremonial outfits to reveal their Ultima Uniforms.

Satsuki: "Every student here is a soldier that has been trained to fight you--no, to fight Life Fibers! Behold the might of Honnouji Academy!"

Then a young woman lands down onto ceremonial grounds but is provoked by am Elite member.

Sanageyama: "Your opponent here...is me!"

Its inactive form is similar to the previous uniforms, but with the previously silver parts turned gold. It appears as a a slimmer and more agile version of the Mk.I and Mk.II. The armor is now majorly white with details in green, and has six spikes protruding from the abdomen.

Sanageyama: "Blade Regalia Mk 3!"

Nui in her cheery mood as always "And who might you be?"

"One of Honnouji Academy's Elite member: Uzu Sanageyama!" Aiming down his bamboo sword "I'm going to pay you back for what you did to me last time!"
