•••Ryuko's Mindscape••• ---Earlier---
A young Ragyo holds baby Ryuko, who is wrapped up in a baby blanket. Ryuko's sleeping face looks peaceful. She seems... happy. But her blanket becomes engulfed by the Life Fibers' brightness, and that brightness then takes the form of a sailor uniform.
From preschool, elementary, and high school years. Ryuko smiles brightly, dressed in her new sailor uniform. Ragyo watches happily.
Then Ryuko's sailor uniform becomes engulfed in brightness, this time taking on the form of a wedding dress. The glamorous dress covers Ryuko.
Beside Ryuko stands the groom, whose face can't be seen. She looks very satisfied, content. Ragyou nods, smiling, "Yes, that is happiness for you. The bliss of being worn by clothing. Do you understand, Ryuko?"
Ryuko nodding happily "Yes, Mother!" Then, the wedding dress deforms into a monster that seems to devour Ryuko, sucking her dry... But, she is filled with delight.
---Present---
Raygo: "How is it? The pleasure of being enveloped by Junketsu?"
"I... This is just..." Ryuko is tied down by red threads.
A mother and a daughter. Naked and yet clothed at the same time. A question of understanding, and an affirmation. Ragyo lightly tracing a hand down the younger's middle.
A hand snaked onto the younger's thighs and under the ruched material, finding the taut muscles rippling under the thigh-high boots pleasing to the touch. Ryuko twitched, movements sluggish and restricted by the anchor points embedded within her skin. An involuntary shiver ran down her spine, rattled through her bones, and came back up as a choked whimper between chattering teeth. The hand lifted, and soothingly patted the halfling's hair, toying with the bright red bangs that hid underneath the messy mop.
Then, gear-pupil'd irises dilated pleasingly before shrinking once more, and the minor resistance ceased. Ragyo smirked and leaned in close, breath tickling the other's ear as she started weaving a false childhood, imprinting her values within the fake memories and burying the true memories underneath. Poor girl. She had lost her way, with her fool of an ex-husband misleading both of his daughters with a metaphorical carrot and laughable human values. It really was a good thing her mother came to... correct such an injustice. Mind stitching with one thread was too weak for the extraordinary daughter, so she, Ragyo Kiryuin, had taken the liberty of tying her down with many threads like a giant among ordinary men. And now, the glorious irrefutable truth was bared. All that mattered was how it would be presented.
Ragyo: "You and I are the only ones in this entire world who can feel that pleasure. Enjoy it to the fullest."
Nui: "She's right. Not even I know how it feels. I'm so envious of you."
Ragyo: "The Life Fibers within Nui's body resist all others. Even if she wears a Kamui, she can't use its powers."
Nui: "Yeah. Which is why I chose to become the Grand Couturier. I'll just create the ultimate Kamui myself."
