He was the first one there. He had set himself up before the teacher even arrived. Materials out and table clean. He carefully retrieved his clay ice skates from the storage area which were wrapped tightly in clear plastic to prevent them from drying out. He wouldn't have been too proud of them, but he was. Because he was making them with Yuri. He placed them onto his table but hold off from unwrapping them until Yuri arrived. He sat down and waited in the quiet room. He thought about the two projects he was assigned to. They were totally different in not only subject but also the way he was feeling about them. One paradise the other hell on earth. At that moment, he heard a noise outside the room and turned his head to the door. When the door opened, he sighed in disappointment that it wasn't Yuri, but the teacher.

"Oh, hello Victor, you're here early. Project out and everything" She said as she sat down into her seat behind the desk.

He nodded and smiled.

"I like this class"

"I'm glad to hear that! Remember you have just this week and next week to finish it"

Just as she finished saying that, a few more students walked in, chatting away to each other. And, like a puppy seeing his owner come home, Victor sat upright with a huge smile when he saw Yuri come in behind them. Before Yuri sat down, he put his bag on the floor and pushed it in under their table. He then did was Victor had done and took his art work out from the storage. Soon after, with everything put onto the table and poster unfurled, Yuri sat down opposite Victor. He chuckled as he looked at Victor's beaming face.

"You seem happy to see me"

"Really?" Victor said sarcastically and tilted his head "It's not like I have a very cute boyfriend sitting in front of me"

Yuri face blushed and tapped Victor's shin with his foot.

"Stop!" He said quietly. His blushing now turning his ears red.

Victor giggled as he unwrapped his clay model and put the plastic to the side. He rolled up his sleeves and molded the shape of the ice skates more. His expression became serious then.

'Should I tell him today? I don't want him to worry about me and cause a fuss. Maybe I'll tell him after it's finished...'

"Victor?"

He heard Yuri's soft voice.

"Are you okay?"

Victor looked up from what he was doing. Victor knew Yuri had obviously caught on to something.

"Yeah. Why?"

"You look agitated"

"Oh. Maybe I'm stressing about this without realizing it"

Yuri shook his head.

"Victor, if anything, you'd never be stressed in this class unless I wasn't here"

"Yeah" Victor chuckled "That's right"

Yuri's voice then went quieter.

"Just...tell me if something is bothering you, okay?"

"Sure"

It wasn't a response Yuri was too happy to receive but it was better than nothing. They both went back to concentrating on their project.

'Maybe I should tell him. I don't want to tell him in school or over the phone. But I'll just freeze up and mix all my words up if I tell him in person. I should probably write what i want to say down first'

His thoughts were interrupted when he felt a foot tap his leg again. He looked up at Yuri once more.

"Whatever it is, Victor, it's going to be okay. I won't pressure you to tell me"
