Meet Renae Akaguro, the daughter of two of the most wanted villains in the world. Aizawa recuse her and raises her as his own daughter. Eventually, she catches the attention of a certain speed hero. Will they find love? Or will her inner darkness te...
It had been a week since the USJ incident. Renae had become quiet and withdrawn in spite of everyone's attempts to cheer her up. Even Bakugo tried. But ultimately, everyone had failed.
I was snapped from my thoughts when Aizawa walked in. He looked at us and I could see his eyes dart to Renae in concern. "Due to the events of last week," he began. And everyone glanced at Renae. She seemed to shrink into the shadows more. I frowned. Her eyes had dark purple bags under them, like she hadn't been sleeping. I turned back to Aizawa.
"The school has decided that class 1-A will be moved to dorms for safety reasons." I was shocked. The class broke out into whispers but quieted down once Aizawa spoke again. "The dorms will be completed today and you will move in tomorrow. Your families have already agreed." When had he had time to visit all of our families?
(At Tenya's house.)
I poked at my food while glancing at my brother. Finally, Tensei spoke. "Tenya, what's wrong." I sighed and put down my fork. "Just worried." He raised his eyebrow. "Does this have something to do about that girl or the dorms?" I choked. "How did you know about the dorms and Renae?" He scoffed. "Please. You forget that they needed permission and that I am a Pro. Of course I would know about the dorms and Renae. What are you worried about?"
I picked up my fork again and continued pushing food around my plate. "Well, Renae has been completely silent and withdrawn. She hasn't teased me all week and she doesn't look like she's been getting sleep." Tensei nodded. "Tenya, she killed someone. She most likely can't sleep. I remember the first time I killed someone. I was silent and depressed for weeks."
I nodded and pushed my plate away. "I'm going to bed." "Are you sure?" He asked. "There's a new episode of project runway on." I groaned. "I watched it one time!" He laughed. "Go to bed." I huffed and stomped up the stairs.
(The very next day.) The dorm building.

I looked up at the dorms. It was bigger and nicer than I had expected. Everyone looked up in awe. Aizawa spoke and broke us from our trance. "Welcome to your new home for the next three years. Chores will be divided between yourselves. Don't make to much noise, and you are off today to move in." Everyone cheered.
(A few hours later) (Tenya's room)

I took a step back and admired my work. Nodding in approval, I glanced at the clock a blanched. It was almost six. My stomach grumbled and I walked out of my room to the kitchen. Although I was probably just going to end up ordering takeout.
I stepped into the kitchen and froze. Renae was at the stove finishing up some food. She put it on a plate and put the plate with a ton of others that I hadn't noticed before. She turned to me with a blank look. Then she whispered so low that I almost didn't hear her. "Tell the others that dinner is done." (The nom noms)

I laid in bed a few hours later. She could give Lunch Rush a run for his money. I thought back to dinner. Everyone had seemed surprised that she had thought to make dinner. Then when they started eating, they were even more surprised. I could see why; her cooking tasted even better than my brother's. I looked at the clock and yawned. It was already one in the morning.
I was just about to drift off when I heard a scream in the room beside mine. Bolting out of bed, I grabbed a shirt and slipped it on. I crept into the hall quietly and opened the door to the room beside mine. (Renae's room)

I looked around and spotted Renae thrashing around on her bed. I walked up,sat on the edge of her bed, and shook her shoulder. "Renae, wake up. It's just a dream." She woke up and sat up so fast that if I had blinked I would have missed it. She looked at me and her lower lip trembled. "Renae? What's wrong?"
She burst into tears and hugged me, burying her face in my shirt. "I-I killed." She managed to choke out before starting to cry again. I hugged her with one arm and started stroking her hair like my brother always did with the other. Slowly, her sobs subsided into sniffles. She looked up at me.
"I'm sorry." She whispered. "Shh. It's ok." I continued to stroke her hair. I frowned when she continued to tremble. I looked around her room. It had tons of shadows and most of them looked human. I put my arms under her legs and back and picked her up bridal style. She leaned her head against my chest. I walked out of her room and down the hall to the common room. I sat down beside a table and put her on my lap.
She curled up into me. After searching the table for a bit, I found what I was looking for. I popped an earbud into her ear and started playing music. Gradually she stopped trembling. I looked down, and she looked like she was falling asleep again. I began stroking her hair. She relaxed. Just before she fell asleep, I heard her whisper. "Thank you." I smiled and nodded. "Anytime." She smiled and we both fell asleep.
