Try this:
Wanna relapse or cut or burn or whatever? Try screaming in your bed or in a cliff. Then cry. Let your tears fall. Don't force them out, nor force them not to fall. Just let them. Then put on earphones, and listen to your favorite songs (if you don't have one, ask me some cause I've got lots) then blast it. Then go to your shower (cold one) and just let the water flow in your face. Then, dry yourself up. Then go to your sofa bed, then grab the biggest pillow. Then cuddle up with your pillow and try to sleep.Since you've done a lot, your mind will (hopefully) forget about doing the things you're used to do.
