Day 1

Her small fingers lightly tapped on the hard wooden table, leaning back in the comfy leather chair, looking at the blonde young girl, absently staring through the window, as she casually sat on the couch, fiddling with the hem of her blue flowered dress, from time to time.

"So...Julietta, right?" She finally broke the silence, briefly looking through the girl's file, then towards her.

She watched the girl let out a long, bored sigh and roll her eyes, before she rudely replied,
"Just make your review, give me the prescription and let's get this over with, ok?"

The girl's totally unusual comment made her stare at her for a few moments, utterly dumbfounded, before she finally managed to recover and ask back,
"Wait, what?
Why would I do that?"

Now it was Julietta's turn to stare at her said counselor, obviously confused.
"I don't know...Isn't what you all guys do?" She then asked, with a shrug.

"Um, no?" Iris replied relatively unsure, though the answer was actually true. No real psychologist was supposed to do that. Their job was to solve the problem through hours of therapy, not sidestep it.

"Then what are we doing here?"
The girl suddenly asked, raising one eyebrow, even more confused.

Wow...this is gonna be even harder than I thought.

Iris let out a small sigh, rubbing her temples and closing her eyes for a brief moment, before she finally replied,
"Ok, first of all, I don't know who was your counselor before, but I don't do these kind of things. And second, I'm not even certified to give you any prescriptions."

"You don't? Then...what are you doing here?" By now, Julietta was totally confused by all this situation. She didn't expect this to happen. And all that, for a good reason.
All her previous therapists had actually agreed with that method, either because they were there just for the money, or totally incapable of actually helping her.

Iris let out a small smile, before she started to calmly explain,
"Well, techincally, you see, I am a psychologist, but unfortunately, I'm not certified. Yet.
Since I'm still a student, and all that crap." She added, letting out a small laugh.

"You're a student?" Julietta's light green eyes now slightly widened, staring back at her, slightly amazed, earning a simple nod from her.

"Cool! I'm a student too! So how old are you?" She beamed.

"Twenty." Iris answered, noticing the way her features slightly softened, making her inwardly smile. "How about you?"

"Wow, I'm also twenty." The girl quickly answered.

"That's nice." She sweetly smiled at the blonde, also earning a small smile as well from her.

"So...what are we gonna do now?" Julietta then asked, looking at her therapist like a child at his parent.

Iris seemed to be in deep thought for a few moments, though her mind was already working.
"Hmm..."She made a short pause, just for the effect, "Is this where all your sessions take place?"

"Yeah..." The girl vaguely answered, with a shrug, "Why?"

And here it comes...

"I don't know...Doesn't make you feel kinda...sad?" She casually asked, although intently watching her patient's reaction.

"Yeah...maybe..." The girl vaguely answered again, tilting her head to the side.

"I tell you what," Iris started with a sweet smile, "Why don't we change the environment?"

"And go where?" The girl asked, raising one eyebrow.

"I don't know. Somewhere more nice, and confortable, like my room, or maybe yours?" She subtly sugested, though on the inside, she definitely knew what she was doing and where this was going.

"Ok."

Perfect.
