Lunch has just started, Taeyong and his friends are sitting down at a lunch table. The seniors were talking, laughing, and eating. However, Taeyong was silent and watched as his friends had a good time. From afar, He sees Rose standing in front of the lunch room carrying her tray of food, trying to find a seat. He watches her slowly walk down the aisle of tables, until they made eye contact. Her eyes immediately light up. Taeyong looks away and groans in frustration. Great. Just Great. Nice job, stupid.

He hears Rose run up to him. She taps him on the shoulder with a smile on her face. He looks up at her.

"Hey, Taeyong... Is it alright if I can sit with you?" She asks, tapping her fingers on her food tray. Taeyong turns to look at his friends around him. They were smirking at him, especially Jaehyun and Winwin. Taeyong rolls his eyes and looks back at Rose. He pats the seat next to him and turns away. Rose squeals, setting her tray on the table and sitting down.

Taeyong already knew what his friends were thinking. He knew they thought that she was either pretty or that she was his girlfriend. They've been thinking that with every single girl Taeyong's been seen with. That is another reason why Taeyong wants nothing to do with girls.

"Hi guys! My name is Park Rose and I'm new here." Rose excitedly says to the boys around her. They all flash her a smile.

"Hey, pretty girl. I'm Johnny." Johnny says, making Taeyong roll his eyes. Rose giggles.

"I'm Taeil." Another boy says.

"I'm Doyoung."

"I'm Haechan."

"I'm Yuta."

"I'm Jaehyun and this is Winwin," says Jaehyun, pointing to Winwin who was sitting next to him. "You probably recognize us from our first class earlier." Rose nods.

"Yeah, you guys looked familiar."

"My name is Mark, and I'm Taeyong's brother." Mark says, waving at Rose. She squeals.

"You guys all seem so cool!" She says, holding her hands. They all laugh and smile. Taeyong rolls his eyes again and starts eating his lunch.

"Taeyong! You didn't tell us about your pretty friend!" Mark whines, making the others laugh, especially Rose. Taeyong slams his hand on the table, startling everyone.

"Yah!! She's not my friend! Only acquaintances." He said, emphazing his words.  His friends smirk and return back to eating. Taeyong turns his head to Rose and sees her looking down at her hands that were sitting on her lap.

"Are you just gonna sit there or are you gonna eat, huh?" Taeyong rudely asks. She snaps out of thought and starts eating her food.

Today was a long day for Taeyong. Usually his days are long. However, today felt like a lifetime. Rose kept on following him around the school since he was the only person that she knew. Of course, Taeyong decided to help her out, but only for this day. After that, he wanted her out of his life.

Taeyong was back at home, and was sitting at his desk in his room. He was attempting to do his homework, going through his little pile of notes. He sighs and lays back in his desk chair. He hears someone knock on his door.

"Come in!" Taeyong yells out. The door creaks open, revealing Mark standing at the doorway.

"Hyung, I'm here to help with homework. As usual." He says, walking inside and sitting down on the chair next to Taeyong. Mark grabs the math book and starts working on the problems.

Mark may be younger than Taeyong, but he is very smart. With one of the highest scores in his grade, he is one of the most smartest kids in school. Since his dear older brother has been getting bad grades, he's been helping him. Well, more like doing his homework for him.

"I wonder... Will I ever get over.. her?" Taeyong softly asks, looking down. Mark stops writing and looks at Taeyong.

"I believe that one day you will be happy again. You won't get completely over her, but you might feel happiness again." Mark replies, continuing to work on the homework. Taeyong sighs.

"I doubt it."

"Appa, I'm home!" Rose shouts, closing the front door behind her. She looks around the small, first story house and still sees boxes stacked on each other. Some boxes were opened but still had items inside. She walks into the kitchen and sees her father cooking.

"Welcome home, sweetie! How was your first day of school?" He asks, smiling at his daughter. She goes to the sink and helps clean some dirty dishes.

"It was good. I met a friend. Well, acquaintance, he says." Rose replies, scrubbing the dishes.

"He?"

"His name is Lee Taeyong," she starts. "He's nice, a fast walker, a bit of a grumps, but he's good." She explains, smiling to herself. Her father chucked.

"That's good to hear, sweetie. I'm glad you made a friend- I mean acquaintance." He said.

"Don't worry, appa. He's gonna become my friend soon."

After Rose helps her dad out with dinner, the two are sitting down at the small table. They are wolfing down all their food since they were so hungry. Rose finally finishes and lets out a sigh.

"Thank you for the meal, appa. It was delicious." She says, standing up and bowing down lightly. She grabs her plate and washes it in the sink before going into her room. She sets herself down on her bed and squeals to herself.

When Rose first saw Taeyong this morning in her first class, she was frozen. She was staring at how beautiful his face was sculpted. Rose was amazed at how perfect he looked just smiling and talking to his two friends sitting beside him. Suddenly, she sees him look at her. Her eyes widen, making her blush and look away. Rose could feel her heart beating fast.

After class, she sees Taeyong at his locker. She bites her lip and walks over to him. She patiently stands next to him, smiling at him. When Taeyong closes his locker, he notices Rose standing beside him. He smirks and leans against the lockers, crossing his arms. This boy. This boy is making my heart go crazy.

"Yah.. I'm not looking for a girlfriend so-" Taeyong started, but Rose interrupts him.

"Can you help me?" She softly says, looking down at her feet. Rose felt so nervous talking to him. Taeyong gives her a confused look.

"Excuse me?" He asks. Rose slowly looks up at him, biting her lip.

"I'm new here.. a-and I don't have anyone to guide me to my classes." She said, pulling out her schedule from her pocket. She unfolds the paper and shows it to Taeyong. He examines it closely and sees that Rose has the same Math class that he has. Along with Physical Education, Science, and History. Rose hears Taeyong sigh.

"You seem to be in the same Math, P.E, Science, and History class as me." Taeyong replies, making Rose's eyes light up.

"Ohmygosh really?! I-I mean oh.. okay cool." She says, trying to keep herself cool. Taeyong chuckles and turns around.

"Come on, we're gonna be late." He says, fast-walking down the hall. Rose looks beside her and sees two girls staring at Rose with wide eyes. They seemed pretty shocked. Rose smiles at them before running to Taeyong.

Rose squeals as she remembers everything that happened today. She sure couldn't wait to see Taeyong tomorrow, hoping he would want to see her as well.

That's what she thought.
