Taeyong is sitting at his desk the next morning, feeling a little bit nervous about what had happened the night before. He has his head down on the desk, anxiously bouncing his leg up and down. School is about to start, the bell is about to ring. The clock continues to tick as Taeyong continues to feel his uneasiness grow. When he notices a student walking into the classroom, he turns his back every time to see who it is. He notices more and more students enter the classroom. Winwin and his other friends are already sitting at their desks as well, looking tired as usual.

I wonder if she came to school with Jaehyun again, he thought to himself. Taeyong had been wondering all night if he made the wrong move by asking to hang out or if he said the wrong things. He had been hoping she didn't think of it as something more than just hanging out. That would definitely ruin the chance of him being able to make it up to Rose for the way he acted before. Taeyong wishes to get to know her better without the impression that he had feelings for her. I mean, it's just hanging out, right?

Taeyong hears someone enter the room and immediately turns his head to see who it is. Jaehyun and Rose walk into class together with not as big of an entrance they had the other day. The two of them walked in while laughing about something. Taeyong didn't feel satisfied with seeing Rose with Jaehyun, however.

As Rose walks over to her desk, she makes eye contact with Taeyong who was already staring at her. They both freeze since they were both caught off guard. Rose relaxes and waves at him, giving him a soft smile. Taeyong raises his hand to wave back but Rose had already walked away and sat down at her desk. He puts his hand down and turns to the front, chuckling to himself. I guess we're fine then.

After class and as the day went on, it was finally lunch time.

"Did you ask her? Did you ask her? Did you ask her?" Doyoung frantically asks Jaehyun at the lunch table, shoving him a little. Jaehyun sighs and puts his fork down.

"No, I did not. I was going to but it was at a bad time so..." Jaehyun trails off and ends up looking at Taeyong who was spacing out. He had a sandwich in his hand and was bringing it towards him to eat it but he was completely spaced out. Mark turns to look at Taeyong and pokes him on the shoulder. Taeyong jumps and notices that he spaced out. He chuckles nervously to himself.

"You good there, hyung?" Mark asks, patting him on the back.

"Yeah, Yeah. I'm good. Sorry, I was just thinking about uhh.. homework." Taeyong looks at Mark who was raising an eyebrow at him. Mark just shrugs it off and continues eating his lunch. Jaehyun looks down at his food and plays with it. I'm for sure going to ask her tonight, Jaehyun thought to himself.

"Wait, where's Rose? Doesn't she usually sit with us?" Winwin asks, sounding concerned.

"Oh, yeah. She's at the library. She just wants to catch up on the schoolwork she missed." Jaehyun replied. The guys continued eating while both Taeyong and Jaehyun wondered about what will happen later on today. The funny thing is they both had the same person on their mind:

Rose.

After school, Taeyong hurriedly goes back home and changes quickly into his normal clothes. Mark watches him scramble through his clothes. He walks up to Taeyong and puts his hand on his shoulder. Taeyong stops looking through his clothes and turns to Mark.

"Why are you in such a rush? You've been acting really on edge the whole day, too." Mark asks him. Taeyong takes a deep breath and sits down on his bed, running his hands through his hair.

"I asked Rose to hang out today at the cafe. For some reason, I feel so... anxious? I almost feel as if I'm scared to go. But I just want to hang out, that's all. Why am I like this? Is it because I keep worrying about if something were to happen? Just like what happened with-" Taeyong stops, takes a deep breath and sighs.
