I'm Fine

"You're all wet baby girl, here let me help you." His breath stunk of alcohol, he reached around and grabbed my ass.

"Let me go!" I yelled as I tugged at my arm trying to escape but he had such a tight grip on me that his fingers were now digging into my skin.

He then pulled me close trying to put his hand down my shirt and tongue down my throat. Pulling away slightly to get his mouth off of mine I sealed it shut and was dodging his rancid mouth. I tried to get away but when I did he ripped my dress exposing part of my chest and gave me a chilling smile.

"Stop please... Help! Someone!" I yelled breathlessly.

The man covered my mouth with his hand and continued with, "shhh or I might have to do more than just have a little fun with you." He said as he licked my cheek.

I squirmed in disgust making us fall on the sand with him on top of me still keeping my mouth shut. I closed my eyes as I felt a stab behind my shoulder from him putting his whole weight on me as we fell.

Just when I was losing hope that someone would help me, I felt his weight lift up off of me and as I opened my eyes, I saw Ace grabbing the man by the collar. He spun him around so the man was facing him then Ace started punching him again and again in the face.

"What the fuck do you think your doing!" Ace said hitting him one last time sending a loud cracking sound that filled the air before people swarmed over to us, pulling Ace off of the man.

Nick yelled at Ace, "dude what the hell are you doing?"

Ace glared trying to grab the man again and said, "I found him trying to take advantage of Kat! I swear I'm gonna kill him Nick!!"

Nick looked over at me suddenly realizing what happened and jumped on the man who was being held back by other people. More people came over and held everyone off of each other until the police arrived, taking the man with rancid alcohol breath away in handcuffs.

As the cops were asking me all sorts of questions, Ace was right beside me holding me tightly.

Kali was only a couple of feet away talking to another officer but she never took her eyes off of me. The officer thanked me for answering all the questions, said goodnight and walked away.

I felt another pair of arms wrapping around me and then heard Kali say, "come on let's get you home."

As Kali was beginning to tug me away Ace said, "hey Kali I'd really like it if I could drive her home. Especially after what happened while I was supposed to be with her."

Kali was about to object when Nick put his arm on her shoulder and said, "yeah I think that would be best, we have to stop by my parents house after anyway."

Kali turned and looked at me,  "is that okay? I don't have to go. I can definitely stay if you want me to." She said searching my eyes to see if I was okay with Ace taking me home.

I shrugged, "yeah Kali, it's okay. I'm tired anyway, Ace can drop me off and then I'll be going to bed soon after anyway."

She looked at me again, really looking at me. Her eyebrows nitted together and then pulled me into a hug. "I'll be home soon."

Ace walked with an arm still around me holding me tightly till he opened the door to his black vincentric chevrolet and helped me inside. He carefully shut the passenger door before going around to his side to get in.

As we drove back to Kali's beach house we were both silent, I think Ace was trying to think of something he could say to make things better because every so often I would see him turn and look at me with a worried expression, opening his mouth but never letting anything escape his lips.
