void guardians

long ago, way back when the void was a new found area, heaven decided to use it to keep unruly Immortals in check, but one question came up. how would they keep the prisoners there instead of them escaping? How would they learn about this space? Well, heaven came up with the plan to send a lower class of angel that have lost their original name, instead of being called void guardians for the misconception that they guard the void and keep the immortals held there within the darkness.

this species does come back up to the realm of the humans, mostly to find partners to breed with in a way. Due to this, the void guardians still have one physical gender, with their souls being that of the opposite gender. this allows them to convince partners to stay with them and still allows them to breed.

Hunting

Void guardians don't seem to feed on anything, they are somewhat a mystery, with little known about their hunting habits or diet in general. It was once thought that they feed on souls that dwell in the void, but with no proof, this is undetermined. 

breeding

Void guardians breed with themselves, having evolved over the years to survive in the void from their years of exploring it for heaven. Since the void is so large, this species adapted so that they are asexual. While they look like one species, their soul is always of the opposite gender. 

The void guardians all come with small expandable uteruses that expand on the night of the blood moon, the only time this species is capable of getting pregnant. With hyper-fertility on their side, void guardians souls release hormones of the opposite gender on the blood moon, these hormones combine with the hormones that are already triggered by so much as a dirty thought at the time. For example, a physically male void guardian could have a dirty thought on the blood moon and their female soul would release the opposite hormones, making the small uterus that every void guardian has expanded and the hormones react, easily getting fertilized.

Mating

due to the fact that they do not need partners to breed, they do not have permanent lovers. Instead of staying loyal, they have a tendency to have multiple partners who they use to trigger their hormones.

pregnancies

Void guardians are pregnant for the regular human length, nine months. This usually gives them time to adjust, and for the physically male this gives them time to change their physical makeup, allowing them to birth the child without trouble. At this time, this is all that is known of this species when it comes to pregnancy lengths.

this species is classified as an angelic class creature.

i know this isn't the best of the chapters, but at this moment i have not fleshed this species out too much, so as i figure out new things i will add to this.
