" 'Boy and school teacher caught during a football game frantic!' Read all about this shocking story from Kansas' own Bronxton High in today's Kansas daily!" A newspaper man shouted.
I felt the warm tears collect together as I was reminded of yet another tragic story- my life.
Brittany gave me a forgiving look as she embraced me into a comforting hug.
We came into the town centre (or the mall as they say here) to find me a dress for Brittany's moms wedding and we have been walking around the same shops for the past three hours!! Now if you enjoy shopping I bet that this situation sounds perfect however, the words fun and shopping have never sprung to mind together personally. God, if I had a dollar for every dress I've tried on today I could probably pay for the wedding and still have change and it's not as if the dresses weren't nice it's just that I am so stubborn when it comes to shopping! It can't be too long and it definitely can't be too short, it mustn't be floral because that adds about 20 pounds in a photo but it also can't be plain because that's too boring. It can't be fitted yet it also can't be too baggy... do you see what I mean?
Anyway, we are currently walking to a little cafe just outside the mall called 'The Beached Lamb Cafe' and Brit swears it's the best.
As we sit down at our table- which consisted of bean bags and a coffee table lowered to  the perfect height- a familiar face glanced at me, it took one more look and then I realised.
"Soph?!" I squealed excitedly
"Scarlett!!" She seemed even more excited than me as she sprinted over and hurdled across a bean bag.
"Oh my gosh! What on earth are you doing here?" I asked as we let go of the hug which seemed to consume us both.
She giggled and pointed to Brit who had a wide grin plastered on her face.
"Well... Scarlett, meet my second cousin: Brittany! I flew over a few days ago for the wedding and when Brit mentioned a Scarlett Smith that moved all the way from England to Kansas, I told her we had to surprise you!"
"I love you two so much!" I brought them both in to a group hug.

And finally with the help of 'fashionista Sophia' we pulled into my driveway after five hours of non stop shopping with a half hour lunch break. We unloaded my car as I flicked my camera on.
"Guess who's back?!" I teased my viewers and eventually turned it to face Soph.
"So it turns out that these two are second cousins, who knew?" I laughed
Brittany then raised her hand chuckling and exclaimed "I did".
As I put my camera back down I raised a question to two of my closest friends, "who wants to go to Tanner's house?"
Brittany nodded and Soph seemed excited to meet him.
"Tanner- there are some sketchy looking people in your back yard" Quentin shouted jokingly to Tanner whilst looking up at us.
"Then tell 'em to come on in" Tanner put on a Texan accent whilst playing guitar hero.
"And who might this be?" Tanner asked whilst looking at Sophie as we walked into his bedroom.
"This is my second cousin Sophie and Scarl's best friend all the way from Birmingham, England." Brit introduced Sophie to Tanner and a googly eyed Quentin.
"Nice to meet you but, isn't Birmingham in Alabama?" Quentin blushed trying to communicate like the awkward person he is.
"Well technically yes however America stole one of our biggest cities names and this time didn't put the word 'new' in front of it." Sophie explained to a clueless looking Quentin.
"Oh yeah, she's very Noel-edgable on her history" I laughed, Sophie joined me noticing what I had done and the others stared blankly.
Tanner stood up and shouted 'lucky charms bath tub fan mail opening! Who wants to do it with me?!"
"ME!!" I volunteered seeing as lucky charms are and will always be my favourite cereal.

An// two chapters in two days?! Your lucky I'm on holiday with no internet😂 I do enjoy writing this book but it's just difficult as I don't have much time on my hands however, I'm on my summer holiday!! So guys, I am back and hopefully this book will be up to 40 chapters by the end of summer...
