"This is shit!" I utter under my breathe. "What is?" Jason asks. "I thought I would never hear about Shawn ever again. My life is finally better again and I have this!" I say raising my phone in the air for him to look. "Hey. Don't worry. It's not like he's in New York okay?" "Yeah" I sigh and continue scrolling threw Instagram.
I lean back against my chair as I tap my thumb against the screen of my phone.
"Aspen? You ready to go?" Jason says as he walks back into the room I'm in. "Ugh I guess" I exaggerate. He offers his hand to me as I grab it and he pulls me up.
"Let's go to school!" He says. "Ew that sounds gross" I reply and we head out of our apartment while I hear Jason chuckle. I climb into his car and throw my bag at the ground as Jason hops in.
Y'all are going to be mad at me. I know you are. But Jason quit his job back in Arizona and moved in with me in New York. We both are going to the same college as you all may of noticed. I major in photography and he majors in digital design. You would be surprised at how talented he is at art.
We split ways as we enter the building to our classrooms. I walk into the classroom where photography takes place and put my bag down and grab my camera.
"Okay class. Today I pulled some strings for this class so that you guys can shoot real models" I begin to smile because I love taking photos of people. "I've got three models, so I will assign you to a number and you will walk over to the table labeled your number" he explains. He begins to give people numbers and it's my turn. "2" he says and I pick my camera up and walk over to the table. I sit down and soon three others walk over. "Class! I will pick one person from each group that gets to take photos today and then from there the others on different days!" He walks over to the first table and then mine. "Aspen you'll be today" he says and I smile. "Walk over to the back door because that is where your model is" he explains. I get up and walk over to the door. I walk threw it and smile widely.
'Damn. He hot' I think to myself.
"Hello. I'm Aspen!" I introduce myself. "Nice to meet you Aspen. Cameron, Cameron Dallas"

Everyday, everyday I try to find some kind of clue to where Aspen could've went. But do I find something? No. And it fucking frustrates me. I even try to find her when I do my music. I'm surprised I even managed to get out another album because all I can do, all I can think about is her and where she is. Andrew told me about the news report about my new album today, and all I have is hopes that she reads it. I have a tour happening as of right now. "Illuminate Tour" I released the album a month after tour started so that my fans could get hyped. My next stop is Pennsylvania.
"Shawn, you ready to get back on the road?" Geoff asks me. "Yeah I'll be there in a sec" I reply as he nods his head. I shove my phone into my pocket and walk out of the little cafe we stopped at a little while ago for a break. I exit the cafe and walk up the metal stairs and into the tour bus where Charlie is sitting.
"Aye Shawn. What's up?" He's says with a small smile. "Eh nothing much ju-" "Shawn your not fooling anyone. I know your still trying to find her. You need to g-" "No. I can't do that!" I say shaking my head and head to the back of the bus to my room. I sit down and tears begin to pour down my face. I've checked almost the whole east coast and still haven't found her. She's probably in a relationship with a boy who didn't break her heart. But the funny thing is; I broke hers and she broke mine. I wonder if he'll do the same thing to her as did I?
I grab my guitar and start to strum away...
"Mhmm. Mhm. Mhmm" I hum as I strum the strings. An idea pops in my head and I immediately get my song book and a pencil. I open it and begin strumming again.
"She'll be the one, who breaks my heart" I begin to piece together. I strum and write more until I hear a knock at my door.
"Yes?" I say and the door opens. "Man I'm sorry about bringing up, uh you know" Charlie apologizes. "It's fine" I reply. "New song?" He says pointing at my book. "Yeah... an idea popped in my head" I explain to him. "I bet it'll be good" "I hope... but who knows" "I'll leave you to it" he says and goes.
