It Is Battle Time

Charlotte's POV:

"Everyone to your stations!" I shouted.

I got called in for an interview.

"How is Rhiannon after her little ... Slip?" I got asked.

"Rhiannon is much better now. Those girls have stopped for the time being and bith Ricky and I have been as supportive as we can be," I said.

Do you know who the strongest is?

"No," I saod simply.

"What about your steal ... Any ideas?"

"I have two people in mind. But that is it," I said.

"Care to tell us?"

"Pah course not!" I said.

That got a giggle out of the crew.

I was released to go to hair and make up.

I insisted that Jen was my hair, make up and stylist.

She was extremely honoured to be back lets just say.

"How are you feeling?" Jen asked.

"I'm nervous!" I admitted.

"Don't let Danny hear you say that. He'll just take the piss," Jen said.

True.

"That my friend is all too true," I said with a laugh.

She did my hair simplistically as well as my make up. I then chose a black body con dress and white jacket. Black and white are two colours i love together.

I looked around the stage. I was going to have to make some tough decisions right here on this stage.

Well... It all does depend how each of the contestants perform tonight.

I found my team prepped and ready to go back stage.

Right then.

"Rhiannon and James you are first for team Charlie. Team Danny is going to go first and then its team Charlie ... Then Tom and then Will," I informed them.

"Are you ready?" I asked.

"YES!" Was the collective response.

"Lets go go go Team Charlie!" I yelled.

I pulled Rhiannon and James aside.

"How are you two feeling?" i asked.

"Fine," They both said.

"Okay so now ... How are you really feeling?" I asked them again.

They looked at each other.

"Scared," Rhiannon admitted.

"Nervous," James admitted.

"I know how you feel. All i can say is get out there and forget the crowd. Focus purely on me and on the rest of the coaches. Rhiannon ... If ye can wink at Danny ... He'll like that," I said.

Rhiannon laughed.

"No problemo!" She said. That got us all grinning.

"Right high fives for Team Charlie!" I said putting both palms up.

James slapped on and Rhiannon slapped the other and then they high fived each other. ... They have grown so close!

I got called on stage.

"Good luck everyone!" I shouted.

I stood in the corner of the stage.

"Doing it for the girls its Charlie Hewer!" Holly said into the mic.

I walked on stage and You Keep Me Anchored was playing. I waved and and jumped into my chair and out my feet up.

"He's sneaky ... Its Mr Sneaky willy .... Or as we all know him Will.I.Am," Reggie said.

"According to Charlie he is the silver bear with Golden ears ... Its the living legend Sir Tom Jones!" Holly welcomed.

He came on to Its Not Unusual.

"Finally. He's not just your average day rocker he's your average day Irish rocker .... Its Danny O'Donoghue!" Reggie called.

Danny walked on stage to If You Could See Me Now. It was an odd choice of single until i remembered that it was Valentimes day today. Shit.

I've been so wrapped up in The Voice that I didn't realise.

He sat down and smiled.

It was only then that i realised it was false.

A false smile.

I shall talk to him in a minute.

"Okay first up. Its Team Danny!" Holly said.

Danny grinned properly this time.

Rose and Alice were up first.

Whilst Vt was running I went over to Danny.

"You okay?" I asked.

Danny nodded.

"Fine ... Why wouldn't I be?" He asked back.

I could tell he was putting on a brave face.

"Drop the mask when your talking to me Danny," I said.

Danny sighed.

"I know what the date is," I said.

"Valentimes ... Febuary the ... F-fourteenth ... Valentimes day," He sang softly.

Tears threatened to spill for both of us.

The VT was nearing the end. I put on a bravw face and patted his arm symoathetically.

He smiled slightly. Before putting on the mask again.

I made my way back to my seat.

Okay... Let the Battle's commence!
