A Start of Another Year

-(Y/N) Pov-

"There we go!" I happily said as I adjusted my (F/C) hair bow.

"Brai! Braixen!" My starter Pokemon, Braixen, exclaimed happily, jumping while spinning.

I laughed, "You're excited too, aren't you?"

"Brai!" She replied, nodding her head in agreement.

"How about we go downstairs and eat breakfast?" I asked while she nodded happily.

I took my two other pokeballs that was on my desk and went downstairs, with Braxien beside me.

"Oh, good morning (Y/N)! I made bacon and eggs for today's breakfast!" My beloved mother, (M/N) (Mom's/ Mother's name), exclaimed.

"Yay! I love those." I replied, "Oh, and good morning too!"

Before I ate, I released all my Pokemons and gave them their breakfast; then I ate mine.

After we all ate, I helped clean the table and wash the dishes. Then I went back upstairs and brushed my teeth; I packed all my things inside my backpack.

I said my goodbye to mom and went outside into the bus stop. I took a seat on the waiting area and started reading a book.

While I was reading, I heard a familiar, a very familiar voice.

"(Y/N)!"

Without even looking, I already know who's voice that was.

"Hey guys!" I greeted, waving my hand at my friends.

"Good morning (Y/N)!" Bonnie, the youngest on the group, exclaimed happily as she took a seat next to me. She has lemon-blonde hair which was tied up into a cute little side ponytail, and have beautiful ocean blue eyes. She might be the youngest, but believe me or not, this girl is amazing when it comes to romance! Not just that, she's also really brave! She's the youngest one but she's the one who doesn't get scared at all. Her only fear would probably her friends, brother or relatives getting hurt or dying. Other than that, nothing else!

"Morning Bonnie!" I greeted back with a smile.

"Are you excited for this year?" Serena, the prettiest one of the group, asked enthusiastically. She has shoulder-length honey-blonde hair and like Bonnie, her eyes are blue. This girl is, I'm telling you, amazing at baking. There was that one time we were baking at class and she completely nailed it! She was probably the one who did the most of the baking. She is very nice and sweet, although there was this one time when she nearly killed me. Yep, killed me. I don't even wanna talk about it.

"Heck yeah I am!" I replied, "How about you?"

"Of course I am! Oh, this year is gonna be amazing!" She replied happily.

"H-hey guys... Wait up!" Clemont, Bonnie's older brother, panted as he finally reached the bus stop. He has lemon-blonde hair and blue eyes just like Bonnie. He's really nice and he'll always be there for you.

"Clemont, you're so slow!" Bonnie teased while we all, except Clemont, laughed.

"Hey guys, did you guys know that there's gonna be a transfer student this year?" Ash, probably the most stubborn in the entire world, asked. He has raven hair and beautiful brown eyes. I'm telling you, he is like really stubborn. There was this one time where he was sick yet he still went to school. Other than that, he's really nice and friendly.

"No, actually." I replied.

"Is it a girl or a boy?" Bonnie asked excitedly.

"I think it was a girl." Ash replied.

"Is she on our class?" Serena asked curiously.

"Yeah." Ash answered.

"Yay! Another new student!" I exclaimed happily while everyone laughed.

"Oh, guys, the bus is here." Clemont informed.

"Well then, let's go!" exclaimed Bonnie.

When we got in, we kept on talking and talking and soon enough, we finally reached our school,

Kalos Academy.
