Morgana had to choose. She looked over Luke and Rowan.
Luke had a fierce scowl across his typically happy face. She did that to him. She changed him into a vengeful and jealous person. She was awful to him. She kept things from him, betrayed him, cut off his hand, and she felt things for another man.
Rowan was slouched in his seat. She couldn't read his expression, but Morgana could see that he was thinking about something. Rowan was a friend. He was fun, kind, and carefree. They had an uncomplicated relationship until now. It was just the two of them having fun. A whirlwind romance. Morgana wanted that, she needed that.
But now she'd had it. She looked back at Luke. He loved her. She loved him. But she knew there would always be this thing between them. The 'I cut off your hand thing because I didn't want to tell you how I was feelings.'
"Where are we going?" Leia asked interrupting Morgana's thoughts.
"Not sure." Luke grumbled his reply.
Cax stood up. "I'll go ask."
Morgana watched Cax go towards the cockpit. She then looked over at Leia and Iona. They were talking about something. Cax was sitting with Jakob a moment ago. Then Jakob shuffled over to the woman when Cax left. They were laughing. It was a peaceful sound. Morgana then moved her focus to Dahlia and Killian sitting together until he corner. They seemed to be in a heated yet quiet argument. Whatever they were discussing they didn't want anyone to hear it.
Cax came back into the room. "We are going to Tatooine." He announced to the group. "Han is dropping us off so we can get our ship and..." Cax glanced at Rowan and then at Morgana. "And he is going off to do other things." Cax sat back down with Iona, Jakob, and Leia.
Morgana knew what Cax wanted to say. He wanted to say, 'and drop off Rowan,' but he stopped.
Morgana then remembered that these people were her friends. If she chose Rowan, then she would never see them again. If she chose Luke and they didn't work out, then she probably could never see them again either. So basically no matter what was going to happen, she would end up with a broken heart and lose her friends.
'How did I get myself into this mess.' She thought.
"Morgana?" Iona'Ryn spoke up.
Morgana looked over at her curious expression. "Yes?"
"I was just wondering what happened with Darth Maul?" She asked.
Morgana sighed. "I killed him."
That resulted in some shocked faces.
"What?!" Leia asked.
"Yeah. He was trying to take advantage of my vulnerable state of mind and coax me to the dark side. I must admit that he had me fooled at first." She glanced at Luke. "But after I..." She frowned and looked back at the others. "I couldn't take it anymore and killed him in his sleep."
"Wow." Killian exclaimed.
"I can't believe you did that." Dahlia said.
Morgana shrugged. "He deserved it. If you ask me, I think he should have died years ago when Palpatine found him on Mandalore."
"True." Jakob agreed.
The group all calmed down and went back to talking. Dahlia and Killian weren't arguing anymore. Now they were cuddling and giggling in the corner.
Morgana looked back at Luke and Rowan. It suddenly came clear. She knew her choice.

They landed on Tatooine. They said their thank you's and goodbyes to Han Solo. Leia was different around him. She was playful and yet also reserved. Morgana laughed at their interaction. They were both obviously attracted to each other.
Morgana walked out of the landing bay and into the streets. She was followed by Luke and Rowan. She turned around to look at them. They both looked desperate for an answer and expectant.
Morgana sighed. "Guys...I made up my mind...you probably won't like the answer..."
Rowan stepped forward first. "Morgana, when we first got together, I felt like you were honest. Now I see that you've left off some details on your life. I still understand you. If you chose Luke, then that's fine by me. If you chose me, then I will love and respect you for as long as I live." Rowan claimed and stepped back.
Luke stepped up next. "Morgana, I'm not going to lie, when we first met, I thought you were beautiful. You were nice and smart. I loved that you were a pilot and a strong Jedi. I understand why you were lost after Master Kenobi died. He was all you had and you were nervous that we would lose our paths as Jedi without him. But I want to offer you a chance at that future. The further you deserve. One as a Jedi. With your family." Luke gestured to everyone standing a little ways behind them.
Morgana smiled at Rowan and then at Luke. "My choice is me. I want to do what is best for me. And what is best for me is the Jedi order and my friends." She turned to Rowan's disappointed face. "Rowan, you are a wonderful person and a good friend. I needed someone to lean on since I hadn't had that in years. I abused your kindness. I don't deserve your love. My life belongs to the Jedi." She then glanced at Luke. "This doesn't mean I choose you." She said in a bit of a playful tone.
Luke smirked. "But maybe one day we can try at this again."
"Sure, let's just try to avoid the awkwardness...for the other's sakes." Morgana smiled.
She hugged Rowan and said goodbye to him.
Luke returned to the others. "We got her back." He smiled.
They all looked relieved.
"I knew you two were a good couple." Iona hit Luke's arm.
Luke smirked. "No. She is coming back to us, but we aren't back together...yet."
