'아직도 너는 너 뿐야.''Still you are the only one.'
。Plans。
Since my father was still at work, I didn't have to sneak around to get ready. It didn't take me long, all I did was brush through my hair and put on some simple clothes. A white shirt and black jeans with my regular sneakers. Thank god the clothes have moved on, otherwise I'd still be wearing robes. Thankfully now that's only used as school uniform.
I kiss my mom goodbye and head outside the building, waiting rather awkwardly for Lay, Kyungsoo and Suho. After a while of shifting about and clumsily opening the door for people, Kyungsoo is the first to arrive, wearing a simple grey jumper, jeans and boots. Lay then comes in a red t-shirt, jeans and a leather jacket.
"Hasn't Suho come yet?" Lay asks, slight suspicion in his voice.
"I was thinking the same thing, he's never one to be late." Kyungsoo agrees and I nod my head.
I guess you could say we're just a group of plain guys. There's nothing really to us. We're more or less known as 'the average' guys since people pick on us, but others just avoid us. We're in between nerds and normal.
"Oh hold on, I just got a text from him saying he's gonna be late. B1-76 is malfunctioning or something. Geez, that droid . . ." Lay says, laughing as he remembers me tripping over the poor thing. It was an accident! I didn't see the rock on the floor and next thing you know he's stopping my fall, injuring himself in the process.
"Can we just let that go?" I say getting heated as the three of us begin to walk through the eerily quiet street. I know it's not that sensible to be walking about at night, especially when the empire thugs are about, but we can handle them. I brought my lightsaber after all.
The night sky is lit up by all of the flashing signs, giving the atmosphere a reddish neon hue. It's pretty spectacular to see all of the lit up buildings. We pass a few people here and there but thankfully no one has tried to hurt us.
I guess you could say the bar is on the wrong side of town. As mentioned before it's pretty run down and the lights are all flickery. Newspapers are stuck to the ground from the previous rain and the colour from the outside has faded. It looks like the entrance to a public bathroom in all honesty.
Once I see the Jedi only sign I am reassured, but the relief is short lived when a blue-skinned bouncer stands next to a piece of paper stating all lightsabers are to be handed to him. Why?
I very reluctantly give him my lightsaber as Kyungsoo does and enter to hear a singer jamming out to a jazz piano, swaying in her dazzling gown as she uses the microphone to balance. The place is quite old fashioned, polished wood tabletops and classic thick glasses beer cups. A pool table resides in the corner where a few men are currently arguing over something. I laugh as I hear them cursing in a different language.
