'어떤 희망을 우리는 지금?''What hope do we have now?'
。Logy。
"So, the droid is yours?" The man repeats for the second time, not getting a single reply from Kyungsoo. I've never seen him like this before. Sure, he's quiet, but he's always got a point and speaks his mind. He never shivers and he never stutters. Seeing his guard down like this worries me. We really are screwed.
"You better answer me kid, most people would be corpses by now you know." The man almost growled, his white hair falling in front of his eyes as he took one threatening step closer to Kyungsoo, who looked like a baby against this monster.
"Y-yes. He's o-our droid." Kyungsoo takes a cautious step back, bumping into Lay who then bumps into me, and the lightsaber slips from my grasp. Before it does, I manage to trace my finger over the button and watch as the blue rod of light streaks out, falling to the floor. It's nothing compared to what they have, and I soon realised that I've probably just made the situation a whole lot worse.
"Were you planning on fighting us, kid?" He says, glancing at me for a moment. I close my eyes, biting my lip as I bend down to pick up my lightsaber. It's the most embarrassing thing I've ever done, but I'm quickly stopped by the male.
"If you pick that up I'll kill you. Sehun, pick it up." I look at him with a feeble expression, my knees wobbling as I take a few steps back. I almost whine when I see the tall boy from before, with his bloody, exposed chest, bend down to pick up my lightsaber, giving away nothing with his regular expression. Shouldn't he be in pain?
That lightsaber was a gift from my grandfather. If I don't get that back I'm helpless. Without it I'm just a lanky boy with way too many phobias and a false ambition.
The tang of iron pierces my nostrils as I return to my spot behind Lay, now completely helpless.
"You we're gonna fight for the droid? I must say, I expected more. Hand over the other lightsabers."
Quickly, Suho and Kyungsoo scramble for their lightsabers, handing them over with shaking hands. Kyungsoo's hand touches the man's, earning a smirk from psycho.
I nudge Lay, who still has his lightsaber. What is he doing? We'll die if he doesn't hand it over! In a matter of seconds, Lay's arm lifts unwillingly, and I shut my eyes like lightning when I see his bone snap and stick out. He falls to the ground and I instantly lean to help him, trying my best to put it back into place with my own force. It's no use. I'm nowhere near as strong as whoever did that.
We're already a bunch of shambles and I want to run away, but I can't leave. I feel so selfish having these thoughts, there's no way we're getting out of this now. If we do survive, we'll have to explain where we were and why Lay's arm is broken. If he doesn't get it healed infected and he'll have to get a metal one. The only good thing that would happen if we escaped would be that we know what they look like.
