~Heather's POV~

I woke up to the sound of getting a message. I checked, it was Theo, all he said was to meet him somewhere because he needed someone. This couldn't be good. I threw on a sweater and headed there immediately, knowing he'd be there sooner than the 20 mins he said.

When I got there he saw me and ran over, wrapping me in a bear hug. "What's wrong?" I asked, and he explained everything. I wanted to be excited that he was an alpha, but I didn't want to be rude about everything else.

After he finished we sat there for about 15 minutes then he thought of an idea. "Remember last night when I said I wish I could show you some things?" He said.

"Yes" I replied.

"Well there's no one around, Why don't I show you some things now!" He said.

I smiled and said, "Sure!"

He first made his eyes glow a little, turning them from hazel to a mix of orange and red. He then shot right at me at a speed faster than would be impossible for a human. When he got close he jumped, I ducked as a reflex even though he would have easily cleared my head by over a foot. "Wow" I whispered to myself as he did that.

He walked up to me after that, eyes still with a slight glow, he asked, "impressed?"

"Yeah," I barely answered before he leaned forward and kissed me.

~Theo's POV ~

I can't believe I did it... I let my stupid wolf take over my mind again. I looked at her for a moment after half wanting to kiss her again and half wanting to turn and run. I surprisingly didn't do either of them, instead, I just said, "it's late, there's school in the morning, we should both get to sleep," and we both went home. Now I'm laying in bed, wishing I kissed her again.

The next morning I woke up for school at my usual time, 7:30. The taste of her lips were still fresh in my mind, and my wolf has been howling all night to do it again.

Stop.

I have to stop thinking like this. I need to find myself a real mate who's an actual wolf. Why was this so difficult?

I heard a knock on my door. Who'd be up this early other than kids getting ready for school? I opened my door to see my alpha, or dad, or whoever he's supposed to be to me. "What do you want? I'm busy getting ready for school so make it quick," I said.

"I need to talk to you about that girl you were with last night." He probably smelled her scent on me.

"What about her?" I said, combing my hair.

"You kissed her last night." That got my attention.

"How did you know that?" I asked, raising my voice in an angry tone.

"Calm down. It's not too hard to figure out when you come home covered in her scent."

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done it. I was just showing her some things and my wolf-"

"your wolf?" He interrupted.

"Yes my wolf got a little too excited and I lost control. I'm sorry." I answered.

"Do me a favor, talk to her, see if she would like living life in a pack" he said.

"Why?" I asked.

"It's rare a werewolf has a crush on a human but it can happen, being under the influence of humans during school. But I have never heard of a case where the wolf falls in love with a human and they're not mates," He answered as he walked out and closed the door behind him.
