I walked down the street, the anger hadn't yet been drained of me. I wasn't stupid, though, I knew if I didn't get to Axel soon, I'd do something brash, which would result in punishment from the gang.
Already, I could feel tension rising as I strode across the street, ignoring the crosswalks and smiling when I heard a car veer to avoid hitting me. Moments later there was the screaming and yelling of people, but I ignored that too. All I wanted was revenge, which the gang wouldn't bestow upon me, so I would have to work my way to the top.
The mission would fail without me, yet the gang didn't see that, and I wasn't about to argue my point. Let them leave without me, let them all die, then they'd know whose-
I broke myself away from those thoughts.
There was no way I'd let Axel and Casey die terrible deaths at the hand of my Grandmas' killer. I would rather die than let the gang die. That's when I wondered... Did we have a gang name? Like... Were we the Spice Gang or like the Voracious Reader or The Pudding Pop Gang?
I giggled as I reached the other street, walking over to Axels' beautiful house and entering from the back, since I'd learned that the Dozeris' didn't like us using the front door since it would cause a bit of suspicion or whatever if another gang were spying on us an saw us enter the Dozeris' house.
That excuse always made me want to laugh, since it would arouse suspicion even when we went through the back way, but I never argued, since I planned to stay in this house for a long while.
I was met with the sight of nothing. No Axel, not even his usual stuff was in the bed. Instantly, I had my phone in my hands and I was calling Mr. Chance.
"Where the hell is Axel?" I shouted, and I heard Mr. Chance cuss loudly, since I'd probably just burst his eardrum. I didn't care... I needed to know where Axel was, or I was going to explode.
I heard a small snicker before I heard Mr. Chances' reply, "They left early, idiot. Didn't want to waste any more time with such pleasantries as sleeping and snogging." I threw the phone at the wall, not caring about the dent I made.
I walked to the chest, opening it to find that a Glock was at the top with a note pinned to it...
'I know you won't stay behind, my beauty. Although I urge you to follow Chances' orders. The bullets are in my room, and I've packed your bag with essentials such as food and water, along with a multiple array of knives. Four cases of bullets, along with a hundred dollars. You're welcome, by the way.' I could practically hear Axels' smile, but continued reading, 'I managed to copy half the files for you before Drake burst in with news of another murder from the other gang. Their leader is infuriated and wants revenge, therefore we left early. Good luck in finding us, and I urge you not to go find the murderer yourself... But I know that if you cannot find us you will not heed my warning. Therefore, I wish you luck, my love...
- Axel Dean Dozeri'
I caressed his signature before heading to his room, Glock in hand. I threw the bag on his bed over my shoulder, and walked out of the basement alone.

I'd been walking for awhile when I saw the sign for the airport. I pulled out my air flight ticket and ran in, looking at the time on my brand new watch. I sighed, checking in and throwing myself through the tunnel thing/hallway.
I ran right into the airplane and sat myself down in the back.
I sighed and laid myself back to comfy up to the seat, only to feel a hand crawling up my arm. Without thinking I slapped whoever it was and I heard a feral snarl before I was slapped as well. I opened my eyes to see a middle aged man with messy brown hair and stubble upon his chin. His sparkling green eyes were upon me and his eyes were narrowed, making him look menacing.
