B2: Vengeance Chapter 7: The message

We made it to the cabin just to see a stove, a fridge, a TV with two antennas sticking out and a couch. Me and Jihyo set Jeongyeon down on the couch while Chaeyoung shut the door. I felt kinda uneasy around the girl after that experience but I kept quiet nevertheless.

"Is there any bathrooms in here?" Jihyo asks. Chaeyoung nodded and lead the girl to it. I sat on the arms of the couch by Jeongyeon and touch her forehead to see it's still hot. I sighed and looked for a clean towel so her fever can die down.

"Looking for something, Nayeon unnie?" I turned around quickly to see the short hair raven staring at me. "Yeah.... Jeongyeon have a fever so I'm trying to look for a towel." The raven nodded and walked into a room before tossing a towel at me.

"It's clean, Me and Jihyo are going to look for food, so we'll be back in a few hours." The girl said before grabbing a spear and walking outside. Jihyo walked past me and I stopped her. "Be careful okay." The reddette knew what I was referring to before nodding her head and leaving.

I was the towelette out before pouring cold water on it and dabbing it on Jeongyeon's forehead. It was nice, for once I was the one taking care of her instead of the other way around. She always took care of me, even her family take care of me but I never get to. People always say I was the weak link out of the duo and if Jeongyeon wasn't there then I would get tortured by the bullies.

Nayeon felt a hand grab hers and started to push the towelette away. "Jeongyeon are you okay?" The raven asks quickly. "Yeah, I just felt like someone was trying to drown me with water."

"You were having a fever, just stay on the couch. Jihyo and Chaeyoung will be back in a few hours with food." Nayeon quickly says as she force the towel back on Jeongyeon's forehead.

"You guys got Chaeyoung? Is she okay?"

"Yeah, she's fine, a little bit bruise up but nothing much. What happened to you guys?"

"I got in the car and knocked out the guy and we were heading to a tree so I turned the car and turns out that it was the edge of a cliff so we fall off and I went unconscious, that's the last thing I remember." The raven nodded as she looked through the cabinet to see some spices. She check the expiration date and it was way past the date.

Chaeyoung and Jihyo walked around looking for any animal so they can bring it back. "I know both of you guys don't trust me." Chaeyoung started. Jihyo eyes slightly widen. "You don't need to hide it, from Nayeon facial expressions and fake concern for me to the way you talk when you heard it was me."

"The reason why we don't trust you is because you blood bended us. The only reason why we save you is because we knew Jeongyeon was going to lose her shit if she heard that we only save her and not you." Chaeyoung stopped walking and turned around facing Jihyo. The reddette took a step back.

"That's not all the reasons is it. I should've known." Jihyo stared at the girl in confusion. "You're scared of me." The raven looked down. "I knew it, people want to get rid of me because they are scared of me. Cowards." Chaeyoung spat out coldly before looking at Jihyo with a grin. The reddette took few more steps back.

"Don't worry Jihyo, I won't hurt you or Nayeon. I will help you guys and then leave."

"What do you mean?"

"I'll tell you all the info you need about what recently happened and then I'll be on my way." Chaeyoung turned around before walking ahead. "C'mon, let's go find some food."

Nayeon and Jeongyeon lied on the couch as they waited for the others to come back.

"It's taking too long, they should've came back a few hours ago." Nayeon says as she looked out the window.
