The riot was a burden on all of us.
12 died that day at the Training Center. There was a slight standstill, but as DeGraw states, the show must go on. No one was allowed to mention the deaths or defy him in any way. Those who did would be beaten or killed.
However, what happened was now in the past.
It's been four days of Training, and it has come to a close. Everyone has been Evaluated, and it was time to prepare for the next big event. The Banquet. This event always has taken place in the Villa, a lavish Villa that DeGraw owns, with tons of living space and ball rooms and rooms with no exact purpose other than to impress. Every season of Magic Alive, rich people and important figures come to see DeGraw's performers, new and old, and possibly see their abilities. It's a very important event, and it shows of Magic Alive to the public.
The Banquet will occur tonight. All today, you are free to roam around the Villa, and explore it's beauty.
And no one mentions the Training Issue.
(If anyone didn't get tested, just imagine you did. Decide whatever you want to happen. If you missed the riot last chapter, what basically happened was there was a failed attempt at an uprising, and people died by Carson, DeGraw and a few workers. It's been 5 days since the last chapter.)
