There was a meeting for the Underground tonight in the woods. You all received a formal invitation for it, and no one was discriminated. Even if you did, the rumors spread like wildfire.
Around night, you all stand in the forest, a dim fire lighting the meeting place. Kane Lancaster, Julius's second in command leans against a tree, while Julius initiates the meeting.
"All of you are here for the same reason. Freedom. I know many of you would kill to get out of here. I feel the same as you. You may not realize, but we're closer than you think. Freedom is only inches away from our reach. And it all starts tomorrow night. A riot will be held then."
"Tomorrow?" Kane says quietly, as if shocked by the news.
"You will all receive your positions the day of. We use the scorch and burn policy. Weaken DeGraw and his backup to make sure they can't fight back. As they sleep, we set the Circus ablaze and take what we can to survive. Though this may seem...rough. Where we go from here? I don't know yet. We have to take it one step at a time. We may...have to live in hiding. God knows what could happen to us if we don't. As you know, many of us are still being looked for. But, as long as we escape here...I think we have a chance of breaking free."
Closing the meeting he adds, "Fill in anyone who was not at this meeting. You all have twelve hours until the trackers in your wrists start up to stay in the forest. Stay past the 12 hours and we're foiled. I advise that you get home as soon as possible. If there are any questions, I'm sticking around to answer them."
