Chapter 2

The Mall

The boys had 2 hours to do whatever they wanted until they had to go home. Avery introduces herself and the boys start laughing because Jack's last name is Avery. After having a good laugh about that and how confusing it was going to get, the rest of the girls introduced themselves. Then the girls started to get hungry so they decided to hit the food court. Avery went straight to Wahoos Fish tacos, as Samantha and Lexi went to Chick fil A, and Brittany went to get a burger at 5 Guys, and Kennedi just went with Avery because she didn't really care. The boys went to find a place to sit and wait for the girls. "So who do you guys think is the hottest?" Zach asks. " Oh Samantha for sure!" Jonah says. "ok well dibs on Avery!" Jack shouts. He gets a few looks and slumps down in his chair. "I think Lexi is super sweet and adorable." Corbyn states. "Well I like Brittany and we all know Daniel has a giant crush on Kennedi... so wow this works out." Zach says. Daniel turns as red as a tomato and yells "Ok We Get It You All Know Exactly When I Like Someone!!" again, they got some more weird looks. They noticed Avery and Kennedi walking back from Wahoos. "Daniel what are the odds out of 5 that you ask Kennedi for her number" Jack asked. All 5 boys whisper, 1,2,3:
Daniel, jack, Jonah, and zach all say 5. Corbyn says 10, then everybody looks at him. "What? I thought we were doing out of 20" The boys laugh then Daniel says, "when have we ever done it out of 20?" They laughed some more and told Daniel he has to do it now. they saw Kennedi and Avery approaching them. Daniel akwardly says, "hey Kennedi" Kennedi giggles and replies saying, "hey Daniel" jack nudges Daniel very hard then looks up at Avery with a dorky little smile. Avery raises her eyebrow up in question then simultaneously they both wink casually, they start laughing while Corbyn says, "hey Kennedi, Daniel has something to say, go ahead Daniel"
Daniel studders slightly as he says "hey k-Kennedi, can I have your number?" Kennedi smiles and looks at Avery and Avery nods aggressively. Kennedi says, "sure" they exchange numbers and start small talking. Meanwhile Jack and Avery are laughing about everything. Lexi, Samantha, and Brittany come up. Corbyn says, "hey Lexi" Lexi says "hi" back then they start talking about music. Zach strokes his hair and licks his lips then looks up at Brittany. Brittany smiles and says "hey zach" Zach blanks out and his cheeks turn way redder than usual. Brittany is still waiting for a response from zach but he is too nervous to think. Brittany repeats herself, and then zach looks at her and replies "hey Brittany" they start talking a little bit, then they take a couple of fun selfies together. Samantha and Jonah stared at each other for 1-2 minutes, then finally Jonah says, Samantha, your beautiful. Samantha smiles and looks back at him and says, "Jonah, you are too" they laugh really hard and then they start talking about each other for a little while. After a long time of talking and laughing, Jack says "so what brought you guys to LA?" Lexi and Avery start talking all about the music studio. Daniel replies with, " guys that actually sounds really dope! Can we come by sometime?" All the girls at once say, "sure!" They give them their business card. Corbyn says, "sorry girls, we got to go, but maybe we can drop by your studio soon?" Kennedi replies "anytime!" They all hug and say goodbye. Lexi says excitedly guys that was crazy!! I can't believe it!! Did you see the way Jonah looked at you Samantha! Samantha replies, "yeah it was amazing!! and Avery, Jack so liked you!! He was laughing and blushing the whole time!!"  "Haha but Brittany, Zach's cheeks were 20 times redder than usual!" Avery tells her. Brittany adds in with, "yeah, they were haha. Kennedi, Daniel so likes you!! He kept studdering while he was talking and he was trying so hard to flirt with you!!" Kennedi blushes and says, "awww really? I was more focused on not looking like an idiot to notice anything! Lexi, every time I looked over Corbyn was smiling and playing with his hair! He was so into you!" Lexi replies by, "guys, I hope I'm not speaking too soon but I think all of our dreams came true. I think the why don't we boys like us."
