I'm sitting next to Miles on the right side of him at the football game. "And another fumble by the backup Quarterback, and everyone is asking the same question, where is Will Wagner?" Announcer asks, and we see Will running past the cheerleaders and past Jen. "Wait a minute. It looks like Wagner has showed up." Announcer says, and we see him run over to his Coach, as all the Avalon High School fans are cheering and clapping. "Time out. Knights!" Coach exclaims, and we see the Referee blow the whistle, calling a time out, and see the other Avalon High football players running over to Will and Coach, and Coach walks off, and Will runs over to his teammates, and then they starting running into the field. "Five, six, seven, eight. Knights! That's right! Come on, team. Let's fight!" The cheerleaders exclaim, cheering and shaking their dark blue pom poms, as I'm clapping, and looking around the sky for the meteor shower and the eclipse, and look at the Moon, and then to Miles. "Well, maybe we were wrong. Maybe it's not tonight." I say, and hear and see the lights slowly turn off, and then completely, and look up at the sky, as the eclipse is starting and so is the meteor shower. "Play has stopped, and here it comes, folks, right on schedule." Announcer says. "Or not. Talk about perfect timing." I say. "A lunar eclipse and a meteor shower at the same time. Wow!" Announcer asks, as we see the meteors flying across the sky, and the moon is covered, as the meteors stop, and the lights slowly turn back on, and then completely, and see the Knights walking. "Yeah! Go, Knights! Whoo! We're number one!" Jen exclaims. "Ready! Down! Set! Hut!" One of the players exclaim, as they're in position, and start running, and I see Will holding the ball, about to toss it, and gets tackled. "Oh, Wagner gets slammed! It's almost looks like one of his linemen missed a block on purpose." Announcer says, as I see Will being surrounded by his team, as they begin shoving each other. "If you're an Avalon High fan, this is tough to watch." Announcer says. "Is Mordred making them act like this?" I ask. "No, I don't think so. I think this is real. "The Knights need to pull together at half time or their season's over." Announcer says, as I see the players run past Jen, and her and Lance look at each other, and runs off, and I look at Miles. "Should I go in there and make sure nobody gets murdered?" I ask. "He'll be fine. Too many witnesses." He says, and I roll my eyes, and see the players all run down the steps past us, and we all clap and cheer. "And with the Drgaons leading twenty seven nothing, here come the Knights, hoping to mount an improbable comeback." Announcer says, and I see Lance walk past me, and see Will. "Hey, Arthur." He says, as I stand up, and so does Miles. "Thanks again for what you said before. You really helped me inspire the guys." He says, and I nod. "Yeah, ok. Listen." I say. "Oh, man. I forgot my helmet. I'll see you after the game. I promise! We have a lot to talk about." He says, and turns around, running up the stairs. "But we have a lot to talk about now!" I exclaim, and turn around, sighing. "The Dragons have never lost this season when they were ahead at the half." Announcer says, and Miles and I sit down. "Great." I say, sighing, and see Lance running up to us. "Hey, Arthur. Where's Will?" He asks. "He just went to go get his helmet." I say, and Miles and I stand up, and see Jen, too. "People are asking where he is. He's got to get our here. Everyone thinks he's losing it." He says. "It's all my fault." Jen says. "Pretty much." Miles says, and I glance at him, and Lance steps forward. "All right, ok. We'll go find him. We'll go find him." I say, and grab Miles' right wrist, dragging him with me. "Meanwhile, try not to lose the game." Miles says, as I let his hand go. We're in the locker room, as we've been searching for him. "No sign of Will." He says. "I need you to concentrate. Just tell me where he is." I say. "I told you. I can't just make it happen on demand." He says. "Yes, you can, Miles. I know you can do it." I say. "It hurts, Arthur." He says. "I know." I say, and he closes his eyes, concentrating, and opens them, and has a headache, and it stops. "He's in the school theatre. With Marco." He says. "Marco isn't Mordred. Mr. Moore is. Order of the Bear member for Marco. Come on!" I exclaim, turning around, and running. We soon arrive to the school theatre, and see Marco on the floor, groaning, and run over to him. "Marco, where's Will?" I ask, and hear groaning, and turn around, running into the theater, and see Will on the floor. "Will!" I exclaim, running over to him. "Arthur!" He exclaims, sitting up, as I sit next to him. "What happened?" I ask. "Marco was trying to warn me." He says. "No. He's Mordred, trying to destroy you before you figure out who you really are." I say. "What?" He asks. "What I told you tonight, is not a metaphor. Your destiny is to change the world. You are King Arthur." I say. "You should listen to Arthur, Mr. Wagner." Moore says, standing up, as we look at him, and he starts walking towards us, as I stand up. "Mr. Moore?" I ask. "He's absolutely right about everything. Except for one small detail. Marco. Marco's not Mordred." He says, taking his glasses off with his left hand. "Oh, no, no." He says, and throws his cane up and catches it. "I am." He says. "Well, duh. I knew that when I talked to you about Will this morning." I say, and he raises his staff, and I see Marco shove him down the hole, and we run over to him, and look down at Moore, seeing him surrounded by musical instruments. "Guess you are Percival." Marco says. "Guess my acting skills are better than I thought." I say. "That was really cool." Miles says. "You ok, Will?" Marco asks, and I look at him. "Yeah, I think so." Will says. "I've been protecting Will. My Father was in the Order of the Bear." Marco says, pulling out the necklace. "And when he died, I swore to continue on. I needed to get Mr. Moore, Mordred, to trust me. Arthur, you were right. Will is Arthur and Miles is Merlin." Marco says. "And I'm Percival." I say. "I am? Really? Cool." Miles says. "I want you to know that treating you guys the way I did was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. But I only did it to keep you away from Will and out of danger. At first, I thought you were Morgan Le Fey. Sorry for all the things I did to you." Marco says, as he turns to Will. "What are you talking about?" Will asks. "All right. Let's just get out of here." I say, grabbing Will's right hand, and we all start running, and hear clatter, and turn around seeing Mordred in his armor, holding his staff in his right hand with long hair. "Enough!" He exclaims, and I gasp, and he waves his hand, and Marco goes flying. "I was simply just about to destroy you, Arthur, simply by crushing your spirit, but I see now that I'm going to have to take care of you, all of you, the old fashioned way." He says, pointing at us with his left index finger, as I notice Will is in front of me. "Starting with this bastard!" Mordred exclaims, looking at me. "Don't touch him!" Will exclaims, and Mordred waves his staff, and Will goes flying, and Mordred does the same to me and Miles, as he grabs my right hand, helping me up, and Miles starts throwing stuff at Mordred, and so do I, as he's deflecting them. "I guess I won't be getting that A." Miles says, and gets blasted backwards by the staff, and I look at him, and see a sword in the stone prop, and grab the plastic sword with both hands, pulling it out, and raise it in the air, and run in front of Will. "Stay away from him!" I exclaim, and Mordred laughs, walking towards me. "Do you really think a silly toy sword is going to stop me?" He asks, and raises his staff, as the sword begins to glow. "Oh, no. What the hell is happening?!" I exclaim. "Any sword in the hands of King Arthur becomes Excalibur." Miles says. "No. It's not possible." Mordred says, as the sword glows more. "It was you all along, Arthur. You're name may be ironic, but you are King Arthur." Miles says, as I look at him. "I.. I am?" I ask, looking back at Mordred, and raise the sword in my right hand, smiling, and it turns into the Excalibur, and we're sent back in time, as I'm in armor and on a white horse. "I am. I am King Arthur!" I yell. "Arthur! Behind you!" Miles yells, and I turn around, and lead my horse across the beach sand and into the water, and my allies come with me, as I see Mordred and his followers coming towards us, and then it's just me and Mordred heading straight for each other, and he blasts me off my horse, as I groan, falling onto the shore, as my eyes are closed, and I open them, as his staff is right next to me on the left side, and I stand up quickly, and grab the Excalibur, hilt up, as it's in the sand, with my right hand, and hold it with both, pointing it at Mordred. "Impossible! I thought maybe you could be either Percival or same other gender of Morgan Le Fey. But King Arthur? You're not tall enough to be King Arthur." He says. "And yet, here we are. Brother and Child. I should of had you aborted." I say, and we begin clashing each other with our weapons, and step backwards, and raise them again, charging at each other, and clashing, as we're surrounded by our allies, and I get knocked back, and he uses his staff again, and I keep hold of my sword, standing my ground, as I'm dodging his dark magic, and he holds it in place, as I'm penetrating it with my sword. "Miles! His staff! It's yours!" I yell. "To the owner of the staff return! The evil hand that holds it, burn!" Miles yells, and I see the staff burning him, as he looks at me, and let's the sword go, as I toss it in the air. "Take it!" I yell, and see it flying, and see Mordred casting dark winds, as I shield my face with my left hand, using the sword to defend myself against the winds, and he summons a sword from his horse, and we start clashing at each other again, and I kick him in the chest, and he stumbles backwards, and I manage to grab his sword with my left hand, and throw it, and shove him down, and he sits back up, as I have the sword to his neck. "Don't even think about it, child." I say, and he scoots backwards, and we're back in the present, as he's in his teaching outfit. "Hey! It's after hours. No one's supposed to be in here." The Police Officer says, and I throw the sword into Miles' right hand. "Officer! Arrest that boy. He brought a weapon to school. Threatened the life of a school teacher." Moore says, as I see him standing by the Guard, and he steps forward to me. "Good luck saving the world from juvie, Your Highness." He says, and I give a small gasp, as he steps back, and I see the Guard holding the plastic sword in his right hand. "I'm sorry, sir, are you saying this boy was threatening you with a plastic sword?" He asks. "No, you oaf! With a real sword. This.." Moore says, grabbing the sword with his left hand. "All right, no. This is a plastic sword, but it was a real sword. Because he held it and it was all glowing and.. Excalibur! Because he is King Arthur! And.." Moore says, as I smile at him. "Sir, my parents are King Arthur fanatics and they took the opportunity to name me after him. But other than that, I have no idea what he's talking about. We just came in here to get some fake armor the school mascot, Officer. Go Knights." I say. "Yeah, I have no idea what Mr. Moore is talking about." Will says. "And I'm a National Merit Scholar. I don't kidnap teachers. I suck up to them." Miles says. "Wagner, shouldn't you be on the field?" Officer asks. "Yes, sir. I should be." Will says, as I look at him. "Get out there and get us to State!" Officer excalims, and Will looks at me. "We really need to talk." He says, smiling, and I nod. "Yeah. Later. Right now you have a game to win. Go!" I exclaim, and he runs off, and I look back at Moore, and he reaches out to grab me, as the Officer pulls him back. "Ok, come on. Come on, buddy." Officer says, walking off with him. "No! No! King Arthur cannot be allowed to live on! I must destroy my Father!" He exclaims. "The Captain is gonna love this psycho." Officer says, as I laugh. "I have to destroy him! It's my destiny! My destiny!" He exclaims, and they leave, and I look at Miles, as he's holding his staff in his right hand. "We did it. We stopped Mordred. Oh, no. I just thought of something." I say. "What is it?" Miles asks. "What if this is just another one of my crazy King Arthur dreams, and in three minutes, I wake up in my bedroom?" I ask. "It's not a dream, Arthur. You're King Arthur. And I'm Merlin. Check this out." He says, and his staff glows and he turns it into a lion head pen, and I laugh. "Cool, huh?" He asks. "Let's get out of here." I say, and we begin to walk off. "Wait." Marco says, and I turn around, looking at him, and he gets on his right knee, bowing. "Thank you, Your Highness." He says, and lowers his head, and I laugh. "Wow. That's.. yeah. The bowing is gonna take some getting used to." I say, and he lifts his head up. "Come on." I say, and we walk odd. We make it back to the game, and see Francessa. "Hey." Miles says. "Hey." She says, and I duck under, running back to my seat, as I see Will, and start clapping. "Go, Will!" I exclaim, and we sit down. "Five, six, seven, eight. Touchdown, Touchdown. We want a touchdown." The cheerleaders exclaim. "Ready! Down! Set! Hut!" Will exclaims, and starts running with the ball. "Wagner drops back, fakes left, and he's running it! Here comes a tackle, and oh, my!" Announcer says, and we see Will jump it. "Wagner just hurdled right over him! Look at that speed! No one can touch Wagner now. And yes, he's going to do it. He's going to make the touchdown. Touchdown Knights!" Announcer exclaims, as we all see Will make the touchdown, and jump up cheering and clapping, and Miles and I look at each other, smiling. "Thirty six to thirty five. Knights are going to state!" Announcer exclaims, as we all run down to see Will being carried. "They're treating him like he's King Arthur. They have no idea." Miles says. "It's ok. I feel like I'm up there with him." I say, seeing the cheerleaders run to him, and he looks at me, and gets lowered down, and runs over to me. "Quick, Arthur, breath mint!" Miles exclaims. "Why?" I ask, glancing at him, and feel Will's lips crash into mine, as it's warm and passionate, and I kiss back. "Wait. If you're the reincarnation of King Arthur, what does that make me?" He asks, and I kiss him again. "My Knight in shining armor." I say, and we voth, smile at each other, and he holds my right hand, and we run off. It's Monday as we're at lunch at the Popular table, with Miles on my right, and see Marco. "Hey, Marco. Come eat with us." I say, and we all travel back in time in our clothing, as I'm wearing a crown, and I see Will sit by me in his armor, and I smile at him, and I stand up, and draw my sword from my left side with my right, and they stand up, too, and I put the end of my sword to the circle in the middle of the round table, and so do they. "Welcome to a new age of Elightment." I say, and we all travel back to the past. It's after school and practice, as I walk in to see Mom and Dad. "I need to tell you all something." I say. "There was no King Arthur or new age or anything, sweetie." Mom says, and I walk over to a fake sword, and pick it up with my right hand, and it turns into the Excalibur, and they both gasp. "I am. Miles is Merlin, Lance and Jen are Lancelot and Guinevere, and Mr. Moore was Mordred. Yeah. Not Will. Me." I say, smiling, and put the sword down, and it turns normal, as we all group hug. "We're so proud of you, honey." Mom says. "Yeah, me too." I say, smiling.
