29 - See the light?

- Nobody's POV -

Everyone ran to Naruto, who was near death. Sai was able to catch Naruto with his body, he fell on him. Sakura helped Sai get up and then tried together with Ino, to heal him. Sasuke felt his pulse while Sai stared at Naruto's face. Hinata almost cried but thought about the rule that a shinobi never may show emotions. Kakashi was talking to Shikamaru and Yamato. The two of them suddenly disappeared and Kakashi walked back to the rest. ''He should be fine since he still has a very very very small bit of the Kyuubi's chakra...'' He said.

Ino and Sakura almost gave everything they still had from their remaining chakra to keep him alive. ''Shut up, Kakashi... A little bit is not enough! Once we stop healing him, he'll die!'' Sakura said while panting. Ino closed an eye and was sweating, also panting.

Sai and Sasuke looked at each other. Sasuke placed his hands on Sakura's shoulders, and Sai did the same with Ino. Sakura and Ino suddenly felt better. ''Your giving us your chakra?'' Ino asked, just to make sure.

Sai smiled. ''He's our friend too, we don't want him to die after what we went through...'' He said. The Uchiha simply nodded.

''Okay! If that's how Naruto will be able to stay alive, let me help! I haven't fought any battles since my hands are still burned. I'll give you all my chakra! Neji, can you help me?'' Hinata asked.

Neji smiled and nodded, walking to Ino. Neji gave his chakra to Ino, and Hinata to Sakura. ''Ino, I think with this much chakra, we can try that new technique.'' She said.

Ino's jaw dropped. ''Are you crazy? If it goes wrong, we'll both lose our body's! Then we can't even save him!''

The pinkette rolled her eyes and grit her teeth. ''What if it doesn't go wrong? Naruto will wake up and we don't need their chakra anymore! He'll be saved! This chakra we have now will also have it's limits...''

Ino looked at the blonde. ''Once we don't have chakra anymore he'll die. And this chakra we have will also have limits huh... Okay. Count me in!''

Sakura smiled, then got a flashback for what she said about her plan, and how she did to him. Her smile disappeared. She stopped healing him, making it harder for Ino. Ino frowned, then looked in her eyes and saw her plan. The healing was getting small. Sasuke and Hinata both were worried now, but saw Sakura and Ino smirking. They both stood up. ''What are you girls doing? Is he gonna be okay?'' Sai asked.

''We don't plan on healing him anymore. We both made a deal that when we got the chance, we should kill him. This is the moment.'' Sakura said, while Ino nodded shyly, getting doubts about the pinkette's plan.

The raven and the Hyuga girl gritted their teeth and clenched their fists. ''ARE YOU KIDDING?!'' They both yelled. Kiba pointed at them. ''EY! What's the big idea?!'' He yelled.

''We don't like Naruto, never did.'' Sakura said emotionless. Ino's eyes got smaller when she clenched her fists too. She punched her best friend on the head and walked back to Naruto, starting to heal him again. Sai and Neji smiled and helped her again.

Hinata and Sasuke saw the guilt in her eyes, and Hinata smiled softly at her. ''INO-PIG! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!'' The pinkette yelled.

Ino ignored her had a flame of determination in her eyes. ''I need someone who is very close to him here. Now!'' She ordered. Hinata walked towards her.

''Good. Now, touch Naruto's forehead and then with your other hand, touch my forehead.'' She ordered, and Hinata did what Ino asked her to do.

Sakura started frowning when she knew what Ino was about to do.

Suddenly, a light appeared, and when it was gone, Hinata was too. Ino passed out, and Naruto got a shock through his body which everyone could see. Sakura pushed Sasuke aside and kneeled down beside Naruto, looking at his whole body. ''Listen up, don't get the wrong idea, I still hate him but I'm going to tell you what's happening right now. Hinata is inside Naruto's mind. She has to try to make him trust her, to get both of them back to the real world. Ino will only wake up when they succeed. That's why, if this goes wrong, Ino will lose her body and Hinata will be stuck in Naruto forever. I'm going to allow one more person to go in there and help Hinata. Who's gonna be it?''

Everyone looked at Sasuke, his eyes widened. ''Really?! Why me?'' He asked. Sakura glared at him. ''I don't want to lose my two best friends so just do it already!'' She said. Sasuke closed his eyes. The first time Sakura glared at her... The raven did as Ino told Hinata, and another light appeared. Sakura passed out, Naruto had a shock again and Sasuke disappeared.

Hinata was surprised to see Sasuke too. They were both in a white world, and they were floating. They saw a black and white Naruto sitting. He was sobbing. His shadow was not human, there were Nine-Tails around him, his shadow. They all heard laughter and insultings. There were no faces or body's, but they could see eyes glaring at him. It made Hinata sad and Sasuke angry.

''Naruto.'' Hinata was, surprisingly the first one to interact. She flew towards him, and laid a hand on his shoulder. He looked at her. He had tears running down his cheeks. ''Who are you?'' He asked.

Hinata smiled softly. ''I am your friend, don't worry.'' She said kind.

Naruto stood up, walking backwards from the two. ''What are you talking about? I have no friends, I am alone.'' He said while sobbing.

''That's not true, dobe. Now, take our hands. We'll lead you back to the real world, where more friends are waiting.'' They both hold our their hands towards the blonde.

Naruto looked at the hands, then their faces, back at the hands and back at the faces. Sasuke let out a little smile, while Hinata was blushing. The blonde slowly walked towards them. His Kyuubi shadow disappeared. The world gained colors. It was Konoha, Sympio and the old Rookie 9 in his mind. He grabbed their hands. Now all three of them were floating.

''Look! They're all waking up!'' Neji said.

Ino and Sakura opened their eyes, both smiled and hugged each other. ''They did it! They pulled it off!'' They said at the same time. Hinata and Sasuke were the next one to arrive awake again. They were both holding each one of the blonde's hands. Uzumaki slowly opened his eyes, and got up thanks to Sasuke and Hinata. He scratched his head and looked at the ground. ''I-.. I-I'm sorry...For what I did...'' He mumbled.

The most unexpected happened. They all hugged him. ''Apology accepted!'' They all yelled at the same time. Suddenly, the Hokage, some ANBU, Choji and the other sensei's appeared. Naruto knew this was going to be trouble for him.
