Akeith:
I woke around one in the afternoon, my body felt tired and all I wanted to do is sleep, but I couldn't. I needed to gather up supplies necessary for survival. Which meant going into the noisy town to get such supplies.
This time I will not have to work. This time I plan to get my food and such from the forest. Then the things that cannot be found in the forest will come from town. I didn't plan on getting too much stuff gathered up, I estimate within a month the killer will once more be on my trail. Then I'll be going to a town called Daer Bridge, which is a town that will once again take some time getting to.
Heaving myself to my feet, I stretch out my stiff muscles before heading to the door. Stepping foot on the small wooden porch of the cabin, I look around. The cabin was surrounded by a dense forest and it rested on a large clearing that was at least 10 acres. I could see even from where I stood an abundance of wildlife and several resources that could be usable for me.
First I had to go into town and get simple supplies I needed, then I would worry about getting the harder and not quite as easily acquired supplies. Sighing, I check my appearance to make sure there was nothing that could give off I'm a female. Once considering myself fine, I began to walk towards the noisy town with reluctance.
I walked for about 30 minutes, a tingling of my foot suggesting my foot was blistered and being rubbed raw.
Oh well.
I had finally made it into town, and just like the last time I was in this town...
It was obnoxiously loud and it was even worse in the day time.
Checking my pocket for my money and quickly make my way into many different shops to get all of the things I needed. This took me about 2 hours give or take, and luckily for me no one tried to talk to me or start of some conversation about not seeing me around town or some other pointless thing.
With my supplies I began my trek back to the cabin, as usual my face blank of any emotion and nothing to give any hints as to what I was thinking. I could hear birds chirping from the trees, and chattering of the squirrels as the jumped from tree to tree. My worn boots crunched the gravel under me, my footsteps making loud scuffing and thumping sounds.
As I dove deeper into my thoughts I paused in my walking.
How am I to avoid a killer I know nothing about?
I needed to know who I'm dealing with, and how I can avoid this killer longer.
After all, I can't run forever, eventually the killer is going to catch on to my patterns as much as it distresses me to think of.
I turn swiftly on my heels but not before dropping my supplies off in a ditch and hiding them so i'll get them later. Once I knew my things would be safe, i begin my trek back into town towards the library to use a computer.
When i get there, i immediately make my way towards the back of the library and straight towards the ancient computers and monitors. I take a seat and then spend at least 30 minutes clicking and typing away on the computer.
Occasionally i stopped to converse with an elderly lady that seemed to want to chat my ears off. I didn't have it in me to be rude to the old woman so I listened to her ramble on about her grand kids and how they were her pride and joys along with her dog Fi-fi.
I started to get annoyed once the hour mark hit and the old coot was still rambling on as she held her cane in her lap. Finally she stood up and smiled, putting her cane down on the ground to help her walk. She bit me goodbye and I let out a sigh of relief.
Finally, peace and quiet.
Focusing back on my mission, i being my research on the killer who stalked me. I spent about two hours clicking on websites reading over different things on Jeff. Soon I found his profile on a page. His real name Jeffry Woods he was around 13 when he was put into a hospital due to a bullying incident. The incident is what caused his once brown hair to turn a dead black and his skin white.
Huh, how strange.
I looked over his parents' profiles then my eyes skimmed over his brother's. I decided to print out the pages and then move to a different website. I found myself reading on every website that contained any sort of information over the killer, from witness accounts, to just random bullshit people put up thinking they know everything. When i was done with my research, I began to print off the information i found most useful.
This Jeff isn't going to be like your typical murderer's that you hear about in history books or on the news. He's got something else that sets him apart from others, what I do not know and probably will not know, but I do know I will have extremely difficulty shaking him off of my trail.
~
Once I made it back to the cabin I put my supplies up. Most of which consisted of water, a knife or two, a bow, arrows, an axe. disposable plates and silverware, toilet paper, matches, blankets, a blow up mattress, and finally a small lamp.
Instead of buying my food, i planned to hunt for it. It gave me less reasons to go into town and attract attention. So basically what I had planned was to live off the forest resources rather than rely on human resources, because if I were to do that, it would mean going into town. Which in turn would attract attention, and the last thing I need is the news of the noisy town talking about me and then in turn somehow get to Jeff, or even worse the science-freaks that are after me.
I'd deal with Jeff any day rather than those pathetic sacks of meat.
I am normally a rather semi-peaceful person, depending on what kind of day i was having, but not when it came to the freaks on my ass. They enraged me uncharted points. How I would love to rip them all apart limb by limb and make them suffer far worse than what they could ever do to me or what they did to my brother.
It may have been something Akeith wouldn't have wanted me to do, but I couldn't care on that part.
I don't murder innocent people in cold blood, but I WILL murder every one of them if I ever get the chance.
I am far superior in skill than what any of the hired soldiers or mercenaries they send after me could ever be. I was trained by them after all to be a perfect and ultimate soldier that would have been under their command. I am not being overly confident in my abilities by any means, I state the facts. They stripped my brain down and reformed it to think like the ultimate soldier and murderer. But the people they sent after me did have an advantage, they had numbers and better weapons.
Sighing and running a hand through my hair, I grab up the bow and arrows, along with a hunting knife I had bought and head for the forest. I needed food now, my body is running low on the necessary supplements to keep myself going. I can't afford to be low on energy or health, and moment of weakness could screw things up and in turn get myself killed. Plus i was already weak enough as it is. If i get killed, then all of the hard work I have done for the past few year would have been for nothing. Just as my brother's death would have been for nothing if i don't survive.
I will not allow that.
Tell me what you think!
Have a wonderful day/night!
I hope to see you all soon!
