Araw araw kaming tumatambay dito sa warehouse namin kapag hindi napapalaban. Then, this day came..

"So, I knew that you're going to school, huh."

Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat. Tsk. Si Skylar lang pala.

Skylar Mint, sya ang leader ng Group. Mayabang, bossy-- aish. I hate describing him. And I definitely hate him.

I look at him coldy "So? What now?"

He smirk. Ano nanamang binabalak ng sira ulong 'to?!

Tumingin ako sa wrist watch ko. 8:30am. I'm already late, our class hours starts at 7:30.

Makapunta na nga. Nasusura ako sa pagmumukha ni Skylar eh.

Nilapag ko na sa ash tray 'yong maikli kong sigarilyo. Then I grab my bag and start to walk.

I wave my hand to the other members as a sign na aalis na ako. Isa-isa lang silang tumango.

It's first day of school again, as usual.

No friends, but bullies.

As I enter inside the classroom. Some of them are keeping an eye on me. Minsan, naisip ko din kung bakit ganon nila ako kung tratuhin. Wala naman akong ginawang masama sa kanila. Kung sabagay, I'm a nerd wearing eyeglasses.

Umupo ako sa middle part ng classroom. Which is, theres some available seats.

7:30

Our class begins. Pero still, wala parin akong katabi. I'll just accept the fact that no one wants to sit beside me.

8:55

When someone knocked in our door. At dahil walang pakialam ang prof dito sa university, it seems like nakaramdam na agad 'yong kumatok so the person bardge in.

Then a girl step in. A very adorable girl, tumigil sa pagsusulat sa board 'yong prof namin 'cause she have to say that she's sorry for being late.

But instead the girl say that. She grab a chalk and wrote in the board that she's sorry for being late. Then afterwards, she just throw the chalk in the edge of the board then she held herself in the available seat.

And that seat is on my side.

On my side?

Dahan-dahan akong lumingon sa kaliwa ko. Then I saw, she's looking at me deadly. Kaya mabilis ko namang binalik 'yong tingin ko sa notebook ko at nagsulat na ulit.

After our first subject. Our prof's are always checking our most important book, which is the University's History Book. You need to bring it daily. And if you forgot it, you're dead.

Kasi pinapalo ng prof namin sa second subject 'yong likod ng binti namin. And that's the punishment.

It's harsh, but I guess it's legal.

As our prof walk around to check. Una kong naisip, 'yong babae sa gilid ko. Mukhang wala syang libro.

Nakatingin lang ako sa prof namin na palapit nang palapit samin. Hindi parin kumikilos 'yong babae sa tabi ko.

When our prof's time to check our book. I quickly give my University's History Book to her and stood up to face my punishment.

Tumalikod ako sa prof namin. Then he grab the stick at nagumpisa nang hampasin 'yong likod ng binti ko.

Napatingin ako sa babae. She's just looking at me coldly. I just slowly close my eyes and wait 'til our prof stop.

Nung tapos nya na akong hampasin. I took my seat. Then I saw the girl beside me.

She's sleeping like an angel. Using my book as her pillow.
