Izuku was cleaning out his room, simultaneously looking for things to bring to his new dorm and reminiscing the past. He was looking through his bookshelf, aiming to choose books out of his collections to donate or give away, when he stumbled across an old photo album.

It was small, most likely meant for polaroids, and it was a light pink color. There was a small, clear sleeve on the cover that held one singular polaroid; a picture of a young [hair color] haired girl grinning happily beside a younger version of himself.

In fancy, gold script right above the happy polaroid was one word, "Timeless".

His hands started to shake, he knew who this belonged to, but he flipped through the polaroid filled pages nonetheless. Wave after wave of nostalgia hint him like a truck, but he persevered anyways.

Most of the polaroids featured Izuku and the owner of the album, [Name] [Last Name]. Every now and then there'd be a polaroid of a cute dog, or some pretty flowers, or some delicious dessert, or anything that you had liked.

He stopped at one of the pages, remembering the day vividly.

It was Halloween, you and Izuku had just gotten out of a school day at kindergarten. Inko and your own mom had decided to go trick-or-treating together. He had chosen to dress up as All Might of course, the man was his idol after all, and you had chosen to dress up as a zombie.

The first polaroid had been the two of you posing together, wide smiles on your faces.

The next polaroid was the two of you walking and talking, bags full of candy dragging across the floor. Izuku remembered the conversation, he had asked why you chose to dress up as a zombie and you answered with a long speech

He smiled. The two of you had gotten so much candy together, if only he could still do that with you now.

The third was another polaroid of you and Izuku posing, but this time Bakugou was there with a tiny smile on his face, dressed up as All Might as well.

The fourth was a polaroid of a zombie beating up All Might. Bakugou had threatened Izuku with his quirk, so you jumped in and attacked him with your own quirk. In the corner of the frame he could see Bakugou's mom laughing at him, as your own mom tried to pull you away from him.

He flipped through the pages once more.

A page filled with polaroids from your birthday, followed by his own birthday collection.

A few polaroids of you posing with cute dogs, and even one polaroid of you petting a dog.

Many pages showcasing the two of you growing together as both people and friends.

Then two whole pages of polaroids labelled "Izuku and [Name]'s carnival adventure."

It was a cheap carnival that came to town, by now the two of you had just joined seventh grade. You had the chance to go with anyone, being popular amongst students for your flashy and strong quirk, but you had decided to go with him.

It was nice to have a friend during his younger years, it definitely made his life a whole life easier and funner. He was grateful that you didn't let popularity go to your head, unlike Bakugou Katsuki. Sometime Izuku wished that the three of you could become best friends.
