Zill and kayla took a breath after they had finished and both stood up bowing to the crowd of people who had come to listen to their song, Zill dressed in a tuxedo and Kayla in a nice dress, and they walked off stage both sighing as they looked at eachother and Kayla suddenly hugged Zill happily "oh my gosh that was amazing!" she said gleefully but Zill could only share a piece of her enthusiasm as the rest of him couldn't stop thinking about what had happened to Jack "yeah, we did great" Zill said dully as he sat down on a chair and Kayla sat down next to him "Zill?" she asked knowing very well what was wrong with him and she hugged him and Zill instantly wrapped his arms around her, keeping his composure enough not to cry but just look very sad but at the same time frustrated, Zill squeezed Kayla his eyes beginning to glow green but his frustration began to overtake his sadness and he took no notice to how hard he began squeezing Kayla "Z-Zill!" she cried out and Zill snapped back then let go instantly "Kayla! I-I'm sorry i don't know what came over me I was angry and i couldn't control myself and and-" but Kayla cut him off by kissing him and Zill was taken aback for a second but began kissing her back. Kayla pulled away "Zill I forgive you, I'm just worried about you because i know that Jack being missing is worrying you" Zill sighed letting his arms slide off of her "...his mom got murdered, I know he would never do it and wherever he is he must be pretty messed up by it..." Zill said rubbing the back of his head as he looked at the clock, 8:30 pm, Jackie suddenly come over "that was gre-" but she saw their down looks and realized what was going on, she said sitting down on a chair "I know Jack being gone is bothering you Zill, but there's nothing we can do until someone finds him" she said shrugging and feeling pretty helpless in the situation but Zill only stood up dusting himself off a bit and began walking out with Kayla following close behind "Zill..." she said but at this point she didn't know what else to say "goodnight Kayla" he said plainly as he made his way down the hallway and left the school, walking home alone and a feeling of fear still weighing heavy on him, for he knew not where his dear friend Jack was....or if he was even.....no that was a silly thought, Jack is immortal there's no way he could die right? why was he even worrying? but all this only managed to make Zill more upset as he shoved his hands in his pockets and continued walking through the cold night...

(sorry for the short chapter >~< also if I'm being honest here, every time I wrote Zill I accidentally wrote Jack and had to go back to fix it ten seconds later >~< so...guess I'll see you guys in the next chapter)
