Chapter two~ RYH

The sun shines bright in my eyes as I sit on the balcony of my hotel room eating a blueberry muffin. Today is my first full day here in LA and I'm spending it with Hayden and mr jimmy. We have a photo shoot this morning for the new rock your hair hairspray and I'm super excited!! Mommy isn't coming because she has a few business meetings with daddy on Skype so she's going to stay here which I'm kinda sad about.

My phone beeps on the table, a text from Hayden. I didn't think he wouldn't be up at 6:30 in the morning.

Hayden💗~ hey angel cake, we will be at your hotel at 7:00am to pick you up. This photo shoot is gonna be amazing!! See ya in 30 xx

Me~ heyy hay, okay see you when you get here. I'm so excited. Xx

"Who you texting?" Mommy comes and sits opposite me at the table "just Hayden" I put my phone down and carry on eating "he will be here soon right?" She looks down at her watch "yeah he text me to tell me that they will be here to pick me up at 7:00. I'm gonna go get ready" I walk back into the hotel room and remove my fluffy ugg slippers. My makeup is scattered all over the sink and it's a mess but I don't care. I grab a makeup brush and begin applying a thin layer of foundation, then mascara and lipstick. Done, now for my clothes. My red jumper, some jeans and fake glasses will do for today. I'm going to be changing outfits a lot today anyways. I brush my hair and put on some adidas superstars.

After 10 minutes of scrolling through Instagram, my door knocks and Hayden is at the door. "Hey lemon drizzle cake, you ready?" He looks me up and down "yep I'm ready. I'm just gonna grab my purse" I grab my purse and run back to the door "bye mommy I'm going now" "bye annie" I shut the door and follow Hayden out to the parking lot and into the car.

At the photo shoot..
"Is this your first photo shoot?" Hayden asks while we are getting makeup touch ups "nope, I have done some at gymnastics and some at home with my sister. You?" "This isn't my first, but I usually do them on my own and not with other people so this is new for me" he looks so cute in his suit and tie, I can't stop staring. I'm currently wearing a white sparkly prom-like dress with heels way too big for my feet. "Do you want some help getting off your chair with those on?" He giggles and gives me his hand "thank you" I sigh and hop down from the chair "I think our first shoot is over here" we walk over too the outside of the building where there are cameras and rock your hair products everywhere. Mr jimmy hands me a bottle of hairspray and Hayden comes to stand next to me. Click click click

After about 3 hours of none stop photos the photo shoot is finally finished. "Where are we going now?" I ask, looking out the car window "we are supposed to be going to meet your mom at a restaurant and then it's up to you guys?" I look at Hayden and he smiles. "Can we just go to the beach instead?" "Hayden, you go to the beach everyday. Why do you need to go again?" I laugh at mr jimmy and Hayden sighs "because Annie hasn't been yet" "okay fine, your curfew is 10:30 and I'll come and pick you up. Call me please" the car stops in a bus stop and me and Hayden pile out the car onto the path. We wave goodbye to mr jimmy and as soon as the car is well out of sight we begin walking. "It's beautiful" i look onto the sea and place my feet in the sand "I know something else that's beautiful" he grins at me "what's that?" I ask "ME" he yells "IM GONNA GET YOU HAYDEN SUMMERALL".
We chase eachother on the beach for hours but after a while I get so out of breathe I decide to climb up onto a rocky cliff to sit down. After around 10 minutes Hayden joins me. The sun sets infront of us and it seems all too romantic for our friendship but I don't feel uncomfortable, in fact I've never felt this comfortable with anyone before. I look at him, his eyes are glued to the sun set. His dimples are the cutest thing ive ever seen and when he smiles they get even bigger and cuter. Am I falling in love with Hayden summerall? Does calling him cute mean I love him? "Annie? Your staring? Have I done something?" My thought bubble pops and Hayden is grinning at me, gosh those dimples are so cute. "Oh im sorry, I didn't realise I was um" I play with my hair and look back out at the ocean "it's okay" he places his hand on my shoulder and smiles. "What do you wanna do? We still have about an hour till our curfew" he looks around "I don't know, what is there to do?" I pull my phone from my purse and check my texts, one from Katie, one from Hayley and one from mommy, I open mommys text...

Mommy💘~ Annie, I'm going for dinner with the rock your hair team. I won't be back till late so mr jimmy agreed you stay at Hayden's tonight!! See you in the morning sweetie x

I show the text to Hayden and he grins "yay sleepover timeeee"
"Okay okay we aren't 4 years old! And besides we won't even be sleeping in the same room"
"Yes we will! We have to sleep in the same bed because rush popped the air bed when he stayed over last month" I blush at what he's saying and he rubs the back of his neck "Cmon let's go back to my house" we walk back to Hayden's and instantly collapse on the sofa. "My legs are so sore" I cry out "do you want an ice pack or something?"
"Yes please"
He hands me a ice pack and a blanket so I can lay on the sofa and watch TV. He joins me with a bowl of popcorn and 2 cups of soda. 10 minutes into the film Hayden is already snoring and his head is resting on my shoulder so I turn of the TV and close my eyes.
