"What are you doing here?"
"Getting out of my house. I'm done being kept in there when I can be here!" I laugh lowly.
"Has anyone recognized you?" He nods a 'no.' I can't believe it. He's the biggest actor at the moment. How is it he can walk around with his head down and not be noticed, "What? How!?"
"I guess people here aren't expecting to find celebrities. Maybe at tourist attractions or movie sights, but at a farmer's market? I mean, I know I wouldn't be on the hunt for Leonardo Dicaprio here."
"That's so cool." We start walking together, "How often do you come here?" He shrugs.
"Every once in awhile. I haven't been here in a few weeks so I thought on my one free Saturday I'd stop by," We walk past a table with fresh salsa, "Ooo!" He gushes as he leads us over there. The lady behind the counter is a nice, dark haired woman. She smiles at Tom as he comes over to inspect the salsa. Tom picks up multiple different contains and reads the labels.
"Would you like to try some dear?" She asks. Tom nods eagerly.
"Why yes, of course!" She hands him a small cup and a few chips.
"That's the classic," She adds. Tom groans when he eats it.
"Wow! This is something good. This is great! Do you have any hotter?" The lady nods and pulls out another small testing cup with a green salsa in it this time.
"Try this! This is my husband's favorite." Tom eats and groans even louder this time.
"Wow, this is amazing. Can I have two of each please?" The lady gawks.
"Two of each? Sure, coming right up sir." She shuffles around putting them in a bag. Tom looks back at me and smiles.
"You want any?" He asks. I nod a no, "Too bad because you're getting some," I laugh and step up so I am directly next to him, "It's great, you're gonna love it."
"You know, I never took you as a salsa person." I said. He props his glasses on his head and looks back at me with a smirk. Suddenly my insides freak out. Not because a cute attractive british male is looking at me, but because I know others will recognize this british male, "What are you doing? Put those down!" He just laughs at me.
"I'm fine, Eleanor." The lady returns with his bag of salsa and hands it to him.
"Thank you miss,"
"That'll be $20." He hands the bill over. The lady takes a second look at him, "You know you look like a movie star, sir." Tom gives a laugh.
"I actually am. An actor, that is." The lady gushes.
"Really? I thought I recognized that accent. I barely hear a British one around here! It's so lovely." Tom's smile just keeps growing bigger and bigger in this entire exchange.
"Thank you!!"
"Can i get a picture for my daughter? You're the-- the Holland?" We both laugh at her remark.
"Tom Holland, ma'am, that's me." He poses for a picture next to her. "It was lovely meeting you. Don't stop selling this salsa. I'll probably eat these in a week. I'll be back," The lady is practically jumping up and down now.
"Alright, sweetie have a good day!" We turn and start walking away and all I can think about is how in awe I am of Tom taking off his glasses.
