When we arrive at the castle Kriss is waiting outside. She's furious, her nails grip the raw skin of my wrist and I bite my lip to avoid screaming. Thank gods Maxon was outside because he walked up beside me and Kriss
"What do you think you are going with America"
"It doesn't concern you" she spits. Maxon turns towards the guards and they step towards me and Kriss. She glares at them and grab her and drags her away.
"Are you okay?" he asks concerned. I shake my head letting him know I'm okay. "Good tomorrow is the day that is supposed to be our wedding so you need to just focus on what you need to do okay tomorrow changes our history so you need to get some rest and be beautiful for tomorrow I'll see you at the wedding"
"Okay" I say nodding. He kisses me on the cheek and has one of the remaining guards escort me to my room. I thank the guard and walk into my room, I dress for bed and fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow
