Chapter4: Shocked!

*Lilo's POV*

Pea looked so sad and upset. She doesn't remember Nash but she feels bad for him. I was questioning myself on how she could remember everyone else but Nash, they were best friends since preschool. I spoke up, "Nash, Jarrette and I need to talk to you. Can you come into the hall with us?"

"Sure," Nash said as we walked out into the hall, "What’s going on guys?"

Jarrette and I looked at each other. Finally Jarrette spoke, "Nash don't be too upset but Pea doesn't... remember who you are."

Instantly Nash's jaw dropped. "How doesn't she remember me? We hugged just before and she knew my name? You're both lying! Why are you doing this to me? I thought I was going to lose her and she wakes up laughing and hugging me. No you're lying!"

"Nash we aren't lying." we said in unison.

"She only knew your name because she could hear conversations while she was out. She listened and heard the doctor excuse you out of the room while she was unconscious." I said quickly. Nash slid down the wall balling his eyes out. Jarrette and I just sat next to him to comfort him not saying a word more.

"I love Pea though she has to remember me." I heard Nash say quietly. He probably didn't mean for us to hear that so I kept it to myself.

*Pea’s POV*

I wonder how it's going with Nash. I feel bad that I don't remember him. All three of them walked back into my hospital room. He had red puffy eyes. Ugh what have I done? I hurt someone I don't even know. Jarrette and Lilo told him it isn't my fault but… it is, I should have watched where I was walking. The doctor walked in and asked everyone to leave because visiting hours were over, she said Nash could stay but he left anyways. I'm pretty sure he couldn't stand being by me anymore since I don’t remember him. The doctor was talking and said I had some head damage that had affected my memory. That explains everything. I saw my phone next to the bed and grabbed it. I saw I had some notifications on Twitter; I opened it and saw Nash posted something. "Why doesn't she remember me, and remembers everyone else...😔?" I hit the reply button.
"@NashGrier the doctor said I had really bad head damage from the fall. I'm sorry I’ll try to remember…" I stared at the tweet for a few minutes and finally tweeted it. I want to remember him because I hate seeing people hurting. I was looking though my pictures on my phone and noticed a folder named 'Nash' I opened it and there was pictures of us, tons of them. Urgh remember Pea!! Remember!! Wait I also have tons of pictures with Shawn... do we like each other? I don't think he likes me by the way he looks at me, but he's still cute. I might like Shawn. I texted him.

•Shawnny• Hey Pea what's up are you feeling any better?

•me• yeah I'm super tired though and nothing wbu?

•Shawnny• Just watching disney movies and eating popcorn

•me• awe I wish I was in your position right now it sounds better then eating hospital food and watching little house on the prairie

•Shawnny• really Little House on the Prairie? That's lame do you think the doctor would mind if I brought movies and watched them with ya

•me• ill ask hold on

•Shawnny• okay:)

I rang the bell and the doctor came in, I asked her if it would be okay for a friend to come and hang out with me. She answered with a yeah sure they can come. I texted Shawn back.

•me• she said you could... can you brig Frozen pwease?

•Shawnny• sure I'll be there in 10 minutes I have to pack a bag to just sleep there because I don't want to drive back home yet tonight

•me• okay see you soon

We watched movies till 11:30 and until we both chose to fall asleep.

*Nash's POV*

I had noticed Pea replied to my tweet a couple hours ago. I wanted to go back to the hospital but I knew that would be a bad idea seeing as she doesn't know who I am. MagCon was coming up soon and she was coming with us. What is she going to do if she doesn't know about MagCon? Pea doesn't remember me, so she probably doesn't remember my whole family. We're neighbors and she comes home tomorrow what am I going to do. I should ask her to have a movie day with me like old times and then she can get to know me all over. Yaaas good idea Nash, now she just has to agree. It was 12:14am so I decided to finally go to bed.

(8:12 in the morning)

I woke up and remembered what I was thinking about last night, so I texted her.

•me• Hey since you're leaving the hospital today would you mind having a movie day to catch up?

•Pea• sure... I'll be home at 1:20 can I shower and then come over? Where do you live?

She really doesn't remember me does she. I thought before texting back

•me• I'm your neighbor. We have rooms across from each other. That's how we use to communicate. You even had your dad build a walk way attached to each of our houses.

Shoot I shouldn't have said that.


•Pea• I did? Um… alright I'll walk on over once I'm dressed keep your window open

•me• okay see you like 2:00?

•Pea• yeah sounds good see you then

She's actually coming over! I better go find Skylynn's Frozen dvd since it's Pea’s favorite movie and hopefully she falls asleep in my arms again like she use to when she remembered me. We were that close of friends that slept over at each other’s house. Our parents didn't care if we were there at each others house. I want that again, hopefully she remembers quickly.
