Chapter2: Prom!!

*Pea’s POV*

I’ve been thinking a ton lately, and prom is tonight. I still haven't really had the chance to talk to Nash because he's been acting weird. Everyone is meeting at my aunt’s cottage to get ready, well us girls are. We were going to order pizza for dinner, fancy right. 3:30 came around and Lilo, Mahogany, Jarrette, Morgan, Nicole, and I met at the hair salon. (Jarrette is Taylor's girlfriend, Morgan is Gilinsky's girlfriend, and Nicole is Matthew's close friend, as she would say.) After we all had our hair perfect we decided to have a movie day till nine o’clock because we had to head to the school. I texted the boys at four and gave them the cue to come. When five came around the boys came and brought the pizza.

*Nash's POV*

We walked into Pea’s aunt's cottage and the girls were laying on the ground watching movies.

"Hey Ladies!" Taylor said scaring the girls. All of us boys started laughing because the girls didn't hear us come in.

"Taylor!!" Jarrette yelled, playfully punching him in the arm. Their so cute together, I wish that was me and Pea. She seems mad at me for some reason, and hasn't looked at me once since we arrived. We all started eating and once we cleaned up it was only 6:30. We all decided to just watch movies till we had to get dressed.

*Jarrette's POV*

All of us girls were close to a boy to keep safe while we were watching Mama. Except for Pea she was acting weird, usually her and Nash are bundled up in each other’s arms. I want to know why they were keeping their distance, so I just texted Pea.

•Me• Y rnt u cuddled up next to Nash like you usually are?

•Pea• he's been acting weird lately and usually he tells me whats wrong, but he hasn't been lately I feel like he's trying to get rid of me

•me• hmm i wonder what up his butt he seems concentrated on you though cuz he's staring at you

•Pea• really?


I saw Pea look up, and Nash quickly looked away.

•me• yeah

•Pea• I wonder y... I’m gonna get up and go to the bathroom lets see if he follows me or stops me to talk to him

•me• okay tell me everything later if he does

•Pea• will do

*Pea’s POV*

I got up and walked behind everyone so they wouldn't get distracted. Everyone looked so cute cuddled up next to eachother. Jeez I wish Nash and I were on talking terms so that could be us. Looking at every cuddled up I got distracted and tripped over a cord next thing I know I’m laying on the floor. My head was aching so I touched the top of it. Bringing my hand back in front of me I saw red and my hand was moist. “Are you okay Pea?” I heard Nash say before I blacked out.

*Nash's POV*

Oh my gorsh! She’s not moving, I don't know what to do. Johnson grabs a pillow and rests her bleeding head on it. "Someone call 911!" I said panicking. Mahogany picked up her phone

"Hello, yes um... my friend is unconscious and breathing but her head is bleeding really bad........ Okay 1078 Birdy Circle.... okay thank you" Mahogany hung up the phone. "Their on their way. The lady told me to put ice on the wound to keep from swelling and to help prevent brain damage or memory lose."

Pea is hurt and I can’t do anything to help her at the moment. We all heard a knock and it was the paramedics. They put her on the stretcher and started walking away with her until one of them turned around and said "Does anyone want to ride with her to the hospital in case she wakes up and needs to be kept calm?"

I said, "I’ll go"

"Okay sir please come with us."

"But Nash are you sure? Otherwise I can go." Lilo quickly interrupted.

"Yeah I'm sure. I want to be the first person she wakes up to. I want to tell her I love her." I replied quickly getting in the back of the ambulance.

"Alright go ahead Nash, keep her safe please." Lilo demanded.

"Don't worry I will, Pea is the love of my life I never want to be with out her." I said letting out a tear.

"Alright son we got to get her to the hospital so are you coming or not?" a paramedic said sincerely.

"We'll meet you in the hospital Nash. We’ll call her parents and tell them to meet you there. We need to clean up a bit then we will be there!" Jarrette said before they shut the ambulance doors.
