Ninjago Skybound (JayxNya)

"Who wants to crash a wedding?"

Jay asked, raising the sword of souls. Everyone cheered.

We're coming, Nadakan. And we will save Nya.

"Wait!"

Lloyd stopped them.

"What now? It's not like there isn't a wedding to stop!"

Jay hissed impatiently.

"If you defeat Nadakkan, his power will diminish."

"Duh, isn't that the point?"

Cole muttered.

"Of course."

Sensei Wu was murmuring.

"Lloyd is all too right. If Nadakan's power diminishes, Djinnjago will fall."

Their master spoke up.

"Ninjago will be crushed!"

"So, even if we win, we lose?"

Cole asked disbelievingly.

"No. You will fight Nadakan. The rest of us will return to Ninjago to prepare for the worst."

The ninja nodded.

Jay let out the leading cry.

"NinjaGO!"

When they arrived at the temple, they discovered that Nadakkan had barricaded the doors, with lots of Sky Pirates guarding the outside of the 'wedding hall'.

"Nnngh! The door's tight shut alright."

Cole panted.

"Let's try all of our powers at once."

Lloyd suggested.

"Fire!"

"Earth!"

"Lightning!"

"Ninja-GO!"

-Time skip-

"Nadakan. My shot is yours to keep."

Flintlock said, pulling the trigger to the poison dart. Time slowed down as it hurtled towards the unaware djinn.

"I wish."

Jay limped towards the weakening djinn.

"I wish."

He advanced closer.

"I wish Nadakkan wasn't a-"

"Jay."

A voice Jay had known and loved so much said weakly. Jay turned around in surprise and shock.

"Nya! The poison hit you too!"

He limped as fast as he could towards the dying water ninja. His injured leg burned with every step but Jay didn't care.

How could this have happened? I thought Flintlocke got Nadakkan, not Nya!

He caught her in his arms, Nya's head resting on his shoulder.

"Nya..."

Jay's heart caught in his throat.

"I never wanted to be in your boy's club anyway.."

Nya smiled weakly, touching Jay's face gently.

"No...Nya, don't say that!"

Jay choked out.

"Guess it's true. All love stories do end in tragedy."

"Nya!"

No, no! This can't happen!

Nya looked at Jay lovingly. Then her eyes closed. Nya was gone.

No...Nya.

Jay held her in his arms and put his face close to hers, gently stroking her black hair. A tear slid down his cheek. Meanwhile the struggling Nadakkan reached for his sword, unbalanced. As nadakkan slowly advanced at Jay with his sword, Jay whispered his final words, the words that would change. Everything.

"I-I wish you'd taken my hand"

Jay held back his tears and swallowed

"-and no one had ever found the teapot in the first place."

Suddenly Nadakkan dropped the sword.

"You're wish..is yours..to keep."

He uttered.

Then he fell, dropping the sword of souls.

Time or skip or time travel sorry i don't know what you call what happened in the episode(the way back)

"Or else we're going to be..spotted."

Cole finished, confused.

Jay lifted his mask.

"Nya. Take my hand."

He repeated.

Nya smiled, realizing what had happened.

She and Jay did Airjitzu together, and landed on the ground, their arms around each other's.

"Jay...I remember it. I remember it all!"

"How did that happen?"

Nya smiled.

"Who cares."

She leaned forward and they kissed, letting go of all the mixed feelings that had happened in their time Skybound.
