•Chapter 70•

I paced toward the bedroom. Gripping the bronze handle, I popped open the wooden dresser. I reached for a tank top, a pair of short and the needed undergarments. I turned the knob of the bedroom door, opening it. Harry stood on the other side of the wooden surface.

"I'm sorry," he paused. "About earlier. I shouldn't have over reacted." He apologized. His hand ran over his hair in a swift motion as he spoke.

"Don't worry about it. After all that he's done to me - I understand." I reasoned.

"I should worry about it. - about you. I don't know what I would do if something else happened to you." He laced his fingers through mine, placing a kiss onto my lips.

A smile crept onto my lips. "I'm going to take a shower. It's been a long day." I ran my hand over my face, the cold metal of the ring stinging my face.

"Alright. I'll be here." He placed a kiss onto my forehead, releasing my hand and walking passed me and into the bedroom.

I walked farther down into the hallway, going to the bathroom. The cold metal burning the warmth away from my fingertips. I walked into the tiled bathroom. Placing my clothes onto the counter, I closed the door. I turned toward the shower faucets, attempting to get the right temperature. I stripped from my clothing, stepping to the hot water.

The steaming, hot water immediately relaxed my tensed muscles. I grabbed my Sea Breeze shampoo and spread it through out my black locks. I did the same action with the Sea Breeze conditioner before rinsing my hair again. I used my vanilla body wash for the rest of my body. After shaving the appropriate areas, I stopped the water, reaching out for my towel.

I was then handed the towel. "Harry?" I asked after I grabbed the towel. I wrapped the white cloth around my body.

"Yeah." His think voice slightly raspy. Goosebumps filled my smooth legs and arms.

"What are you doing in here?" My voice came out a little less confident than I wanted it to.

He chuckled, pulling back the shower curtain. "You were taking too long." He mumbled. His hand took mine, pulling me from the captivity of the steam.

"Sorry." I mumbled back. Water droplets dripped from my hair and on to the surface of the tile.

"It's fine." He sent me a smirk before placing a kiss onto my lips. "I'll let you change. Take all the time you need." He left with out another word.

I reached for my clothes, changing quickly. I whipped the brush through my hair, tugging at the knots lightly. Once my hair was brushed, I walked out into the bedroom. Small candles littered the oak nightstands.

"What's this?" I skimmed my hand over the nightstand on my side of the bed.

"Something to help you get rid off all the stress." Harry grinned up at me. He moved over to his side. "Lay on your back." He patted the seat next to him.

I did as I was told, laying my head on one of the pillows. Before I could process anything, his hands went straight to my shoulders. His hands rubbed in circular motions on the muscles, working out the knots.

My eyes closed. I soon drifted off into a deep sleep as the smell of vanilla filled my senses and my tensed body relaxed.
