Falling for you (a Theo James fanfic)[Editing]

Chapter 2

After I was done, I went backstage,and changed out of my costume and wig. I threw on my black high waisted jeans, a loose fitting red cropped sweater, my black vans, and I took my hair out of its braids seeing as it made my hair wavy. I adjusted my bangs( they are cut in a u shape across my forehead, seeing as Anna has bangs like that), and grabbed my bag. I walked outside of my dressing room to see Summer walking out of her own.

We walk into the theater, and walk over to my brother and his friends. " Guys this is Summer, Summer this is Shailene, Theo, and last but not least my AMAZING brother Ansel." I say jestering to the group of people before saying "Okay now, lets go get food!" Everybody stood up, and walked out of the theater outside.

"Let's go to that dinner over by the beach!" Ansel says hopping into the drivers seat of his car.

" Sounds good, but we don’t know where that is, and I know how you drive, so I can't follow you." I say giving Ansel a knowing look.

" Okay, I will have Theo come with you so he can drive you girls there" He responds.

I hand Theo the keys, before yelling " Shotgun!"

I hear Theo chuckle under his breath, as I run around to the passenger door and hop in, and Summer sats in the back seat behind me. Theo starts the car and I crank the music up seeing as "White Teeth Teens" by Lorde was playing.

After the song was over, Theo turns the music down and says "You both have beautiful voices." I look over at him and smile, before turning my eyes back to the road. I grab the door handle, just a little harder as flashbacks of my sister popped in to my head.

Flashback

"Mommy mommy, can we go get ice cream?" A eight year old Breanna asks. Her blonde hair up in pigtails, and her favorite blue sundress on.

" Yeah mommy can we?" A ten year old Autumn asks. Her brown hair was tumbling down her back, and her green eyes begging.

My mom looked at us before responding "Yeah sure why not?" She grabbed her car keys and walked out of the door.

On our way there (Autumn in the passenger seat, and Breanna in the back seat) Breanna asked their mom to grab her water bottle from the floor and hand it to her. As they were crossing an intersection her mom reached back and handed Breanna her water bottle, and as she turned around, the car was hit by oncoming traffic.

Breanna woke up, to find that her mom had a concussion. She had a broken arm, a twisted ankle, and a concussion. Worst of all she woke up to find that her sister was killed on impact.

Her parents blamed her for it her whole life. Her mom became an Alcoholic, and her dad became a Druggie. They abused Ansel and Breanna daily, and nobody ever knew.

End of flashback

I woke up to Ansel shaking me out of my funk, and Theo looking at me from behind him scared out of his mind. I had tears streaming down my face. Ansel picked me up and slid underneath me, having me sit on his lap. I wrap my arms around his neck, and burry my head in his t-shirt.

I feel someone rub my back, then ask "What's wrong? All of a sudden you just started saying 'its all my fault', and crying". It was Theo I could tell from his voice.

I look at Theo before saying "Autumn".

I hear both Summer and Ansel say " Oh my god". Ansel tightens his grip on me, and I just know I can't let go or else I'm going to lose it.

" I haven't been in the passenger seat since then, and I guess I just reminded me of that day." I say loud enough for the few of us to hear. I stand up and wipe the tears off of my cheeks, before saying "Come on let's go get some food"

As we are walking to the door of the restaurant Theo come up to me and asks "Who is Autumn?"

I look up at him before looking at the ground and saying " First it is 'Who was' not 'Who is', and She was our sister " I say. I look back up at Theo before continuing, " Maybe I will tell you more later".
