Chapter 28

It was a few days later, and Summer was finally in LA, and my music video was released. I was currently, about to head to the studio to record. Summer was tagging along because she had nothing to do.

I walked into the studio, where Kayla told me I was recording two songs today, so it was going to be a long day. On our way up to the third floor, Kayla handed me the music sheets so I would have them to look off of.

We walked into the recording room, and I handed my phone to Summer, and walked into the booth.

I pulled out the lyrics to Boom Clap, and pulled on the headphones. I gave the guy recording a thumbs up, and the music began to play.

After three hours of recording that song, Summer and I were given a lunch break.

We hopped into my car and decided to go to in and out for some food.

"Oh yeah, Theo called he said that he wanted you to call him when ever you are able to." Summer says.

"Okay, then I will call him while we are waiting for food" I say.

We walk into in and out, hoping not to get recognized. We ordered our food, and then I dialed Theo.

"Hello?" he answered with his sleepy voice.

"Hi love," I say smiling at just being able to talk to him. He has been really busy, so we have not been able to talk alot.

"Oh Hi Princess" he said.

"Did I wake you?"

"Yeah, I was taking a nap but it's okay. I really wanted to talk to you today."

"What did you want to talk about?"

"Everything, anything, I just wanted to hear your voice."

"I know love, I miss hearing your voice too."

"I can't wait for this tour to be done, and to be back at home with you"

" I know I miss cuddling with you before bed"

"Yeah, right when I'm about to fall asleep is when I miss you most, just wishing you were there with me."

"So how is the tour so far?" I ask.

"It's been good, I'm just really busy. I fly there do the radio interviews, spend a few hours sleeping in the hotel, and then I'm back on a plane heading to the next place."

"Oh, well hey at least you are doing what you love."

"What have you been up to?"

"Writing, recording, promoting my music video."

" I saw your music video, and it was amazing" he said.

Summer just came back with our food, and we walked out the door of the resturaunt, and to the car. We decided to head back to the studio to eat. I plugged my phone into the radio speaker so I could hear him in the car.

" Well thank you" I said.

"Hi Theo" Summer says.

"Hey Summer. What are you guys up to?"

"Well we are driving back to the studio from in and out. I'm on lunch break right now, then back to recording. Later I think Summer and I are having a girls day."

"Well that sounds like fun. I have to go get ready for my flight in a few hours."

" Okay love, have fun."

"I will, I love and miss you."

"I love and miss you, too."

"Stop being so cute!" Summer says.

I could hear Theo's muffled laugh.

"I'll talk to you soon Princess."

"Okay love, bye." I say hanging up the phone.

We just pulled up to the studio. We quickly ate our food, and then went back into the recording booth.

I pulled out the lyrics to Tee shirt, and we began to record.

It was almost 8:00 when we wrapped up the day. We decided to just go to home, and go to bed.

I went home, and took a shower. I put on a pair of yoga pants, and one of Theo's sweat shirts. I crawled into bed, and fell asleep.
