(Y/N)'s POV
"Thank you, Ms. Badwi." the judge says "Miss Edwards, how long had this event been planned for?"
"Uh, um," Perrie says nervously "Um, Jade called me this morning, uh, to, um, come over. I-I d-don't know if the others w-were invited o-over before th-then though."
"Thank you miss - you seem quite nervous. Are you always so?"
"Not at home, really," Alex pipes in.
"She's pretty nervous at school," I say. "Especially around my friends and I."
"She's not that nervous around me?" Dinah says
"Yeah, neither." Jesy adds, and Cher nods in agreement.
"..is it just around me, then?" I say, as Perrie stares at the floor and I notice her cheeks turn crimson.
"I've come to a conclusion." The judge says, after what felt like years of Bread's lawyer trying and completely failing to prove a hopeless point, and Deborah expertly crushing his theories. Bread and his posse smile confidently at my friends and I. "Defendants not guilty."
I smirk at Brad, who, as surprised as he looks, still sneers in response.
We're all ushered out of the courtroom by a security guard, as there's likely another case scheduled.
"I knew as soon as I heard that you'd been brought in that that Brad boy was lying." My mam says, ruffling my hair. I squirm away, being the edgy teen that I am.
"(Y/N), pay attention to the road!" Jade says anxiously, from the back seat of the car.
"Stop fussing, Jeed." I say, poking my head around the head rest. "I'm a very capable driver, I think you'll find."
"(Y/N)!" Mam yells, before everything goes black.
Aaand I'm back from the dead!
With a really lame chapter.

I honestly can't be arsed to check whether or not this is an odd or even week this week, but there's a 50/50 chance that I am correct in thinking it's an even week, so I'm going to publish a new book to replace Your Love (again, ideas for it are always welcome) today. It's probs gonna be Perrie/You, but I've got a fair few stories that I've finished the first chapter of.
