Chapter 7: And She Kneeled again.. For Him

Chairman Choi was looking disbelievingly at the girl kneeled in front of him. She was looking at the floor intently. "So you want to join back?. Do you think resignations as joke? Not only you resigned without serving your notice period but I do remember what you had said. Then what made you change? And why should I take you back? What is the guarantee that you will not do the same." "Because I will not. I donot have anything to convince you. But I really want to work here. I will not say that I made a mistake when I resigned because I was sincere then, and those where my sincere thoughts and I am being sincere now. But I do admit that situations change. I sincerely want to work here because I have someone to protect, look after here, a responsibility I do not want to ignore." SiYa pleaded.

There was a sincere request in that girl's eyes that made Chairman Choi's heart move. She was not trying to win him over with honeyed words. She was telling him truth- Her truth. She has someone to protect, to look after. I wonder who that person was. She reminded him of someone- his first love- Young Do's Mother. Mr. Choi's thoughts trailed off. When he looked at her again he said, "Alright, I shall take you in but know that one mistake and you will be out. You may very well know what it means to be rusticated from Hotel Zues."

SiYa looked up. A tear rolled down on her cheek. " Thank you, Sir." She said.

Young Do was really worried when he reached the Hotel Kitchen. SiYa was not picking up his call since he left her house. He came to the hotel. He took the clothes she had lent him. He took it close to his nose. Though he said that he did not see her as a girl but he could not deny her feminine scent. He felt the warmth of her. He shook his head. Then he realized that Cha Eun Sang was missing. The feeling overwhelmed him. Absentmindedly Young Do called her. SiYa did not pick. He tried her number many times.

Now he was walking in, going to the sink, where his daily routine was waiting for him. He dialed her number again and peering in it. He was concentrating so hard on the Mobile screen as if willing it to answer, when he bumped into someone. "Oh Im really sorry." He said looking out of his mobile in his hand. "Ya." Said the familiar voice. He was still dumbstruck, looking at the face he was so willing to see since this morning. "This is Kitchen not your private garden. Tread carefully, someone may..." SiYa's voice trailed off as he took her in his arms, held her in a tight embrace. SiYa was in state of shock , he was holding her tightly. Why his hugs are so tight? She could almost hear his heartbeat. She could almost inhale his insanely addictive musk. He swept her off her feet and made a swing. "Oh thank heavens." He breathed his thank you in her ears. It should not but made her heart beat faster...almost thrown her in sensory overdrive. She wanted to stay there in his arms - her safe refuge. This is not right. She thought. She came to her senses.

She struggled. Young Do realized that he was holding SiYa for a bit too long. "Ya. What are you? Wild Bear.?" Young Do released her from his embrace. Young Do saw SiYa standing far from him and was not looking in his eyes. "Are you blushing?" Jae Min said looking at SiYa. He came and give her a quick hug and touched her cheeks which were red as rosebuds. She tried to protest. "But how did you convince Dad? I need to learn this." Young Do asked. "Well, I just did." said SiYa smilingly.
