"You knew she was leaving me, didn't you? I saw you two in front of the café. I saw you drawing her into a hug, and kissing her forehead. I was right there. When you were so gladly expressing your love? What was her answer? Should I give you my blessings?" Young Do remembered it as a fresh memory. It was a day before she left. He remembered, standing in front of café , across the street, looking at SiYa from distance like he always did. She was a part timer there. Like always he could not bring himself to cross the street and reach to her. He saw Myung soo stopping by like always. He would never get inside café instead he would ask her come out. This time, he seemed a bit distressed. He was pacing until he bumped into her. He did not even wait for her greetings. He took her into his arms and held her tightly, a pang of rage irrupted in Young Do's heart. He was saying something softly only SiYa could hear. She nodded in return, her face still dug into his chest. Then he wiped her tears with his oversized sleeves and kissed her forehead. "You promised. You will." Young Do could understand what he was saying. She nodded again and then he let her go. At the same moment there were bunch of juniors came out of the café and saw him kissing her forehead again. They cheered louder. She hid her face and "Be good to her." He said cheerfully.

"What are you saying? She told me that she was leaving , so went to say goodbye to her. And yes, I hugged her because unlike you I am a human and I love hugging. And she cried because I asked her whether she was going to meet you. She said she did not know. I made her to promise that she would meet you" Myung soo said. "Why you did not tell me? That she would go and that I would never see her. Myung Soo ah, why you did not?" His anger was gone and turned into regret and then into grief. "I lost her. It hurts me like crazy.
